Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a very comfortable living room, a small inner courtyard, and a terrace with ocean and mountain views. In the living room, there is a stove that gives the house a warm and very cozy touch. In the house's surroundings there are several shops and a supermarket, pharmacy and bus stop. The house has a direct internet line ideal for remote work or video conferencing and Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated all year round.<br><br>All homes have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a balcony or terrace with unforgettable views.

An absolutely breathtaking stay! The accommodation is nestled in a secluded location, perfect for cutting yourself off from the world and fully recharging. The view of the ocean and the cliffs is breathtaking, a real postcard setting. I highly recommend this place for those looking for tranquility and wild beauty. Small note: the bed is really small for two people, so take this into account according to your sleeping habits. But other than that, it was an unforgettable experience!

The flat is absolutely stunning, the view is gorgeous and a lovely way to unwind on holiday. It had all of the basic amenities that we required for our stay. It's a very calm neighbourhood and very quiet in the flat. If you are visiting the North part of the island, it's conveniently located and not too far from all of the main sights. However, you really require a vehicule to get around and there aren't a lot of shops/restaurants nearby (on foot), better to drive to Puerto de la Cruz which is nearby. I highly recommend this flat, everything was very comfortable and perfect for our stay! Thank you again ☺️

Beautiful sea and park/cliff views from the living room and terrace. Well-equipped and pleasant apartment. A little sporty to bring the luggage up to the stairs ;-) Also note that parking spaces are limited, probably depending on the period (a little complicated during the Easter holidays). Good exchanges with Nicoletta including tips for outings and restaurants.

We had a lovely week at Chris and Deby's. Our hosts were super responsive and warm. The studio is perfect as a base after a good day of activities. Special mention for the elevated terrace that allows you to have breakfast with ocean views on one side and the top of Teide on the other. The garden is also amazing at sunset, a real paradise. On the location side, the accommodation is far enough from the main axis to be quiet without moving away from the interests of the island. Be careful with the relief, plan a good car to go up and down the slopes of Icod (and the entire northern region in general).

We really enjoyed our stay at Nita’s place. The apartment has a beautiful view of both the mountains and the sea, which made every morning and evening feel special. We also appreciated the privacy and calm, ideal to unwind and disconnect. Everything was as described, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.
