Our holiday house is located in the most prestigious site of the region, which stands out with its magnificent pool. It has 2 floors and a usage area of 185 m². On the ground floor; there is a large lounge with fireplace, semi-open plan kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a large balcony with nature view. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with sea view. All rooms have air conditioning and wifi network.

The house is located in the historical part of Marmaris. It is located in the old town near to the Castle of Marmaris and the Archeological Museum of Marmaris. It has the best sea view where you can appreciate your holiday. Bars, restaurants, and Marina are very close to our house approximately 3-4 minutes by walking. As our house is located in the old town of Marmaris the cars are not allowed to enter. However, there are parking slots near by.

This house is a little gem, tucked away in a quiet part of Icmeler but still only 5 mins form the beach. The pool, shared by three properties, was brilliant, and the neighbours were lovely. Irmak was super-helpful, answering our questions quickly, plus provided some really helpful extras (like the BIG drums of drinking water). Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed at Ahmet’s place a couple of times now. Ahmet is a great host, helping with luggage on arrival, checking in appropriately throughout the stay to ensure everything was ok. Checkout was easy. Ahmet’s place is in a fantastic location in the centre of the Marina, surrounded by great restaurants ( shout out to Cafe Gusta for the great food, service and discount :-) ), and it’s easy to walk to everywhere (the Marina is vehicle free after 11.00). Despite being in the centre of the Marina there is never any noise disturbance, and I had a great sleep every night. The outside space is great, with 2 Sunbed with cushions, bench, table and chair. The views are great, straight out to the sea and bay on both sides. I’ll definitely be returning, thanks Ahmet for a great stay.

This is the perfect place if you're looking for somewhere quiet but also enough close from Marmaris city center. We could easily walk to the center but we never got bothered by city noise when we went to sleep. The bedroom we stayed was beautiful and the air conditioner there worked very well. There are 2 common bathrooms and both of them were so clean while we stayed. The host is very friendly and nice to talk with. Always he replied right after we texted and that helped a lot. We'll definitely come stay here again if we have a chance to visit Marmaris next time.
