If the weather doesn’t cooperate, Munich offers plenty of culture and sights. Perfect for families, Oktoberfest visitors, fair guests, or cyclists seeking a relaxing Alpine getaway.

Between Munich and Bad Tölz

My family and I have been renting the newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment since September 2024 in a beautiful Upper Bavarian location. In the immediate vicinity is the metropolis of Munich, Lake Starnberg and Bad Tölz. The location is excellent for outdoor activities such as mountain biking or hiking. In winter, it is a very good starting point for skiing in Lenggries. Achsensee is 45/50 minutes away. Entry to the cross-country ski trails at Moosham or Ascholding are just 5 km away!

The ideal accommodation for families, single travelers, business people, with WiFi, Smart TV, Nespresso machine and much more. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities: Enjoy swimming lakes, go on hikes and bike tours or visit the typical local restaurants nearby, or simply relax in the garden. Free parking!

Atelier

A studio that is a kind of extension to the house. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place on a gallery. With a wing and garden square, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The S-Bahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good place to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
