The place looks brand new. The location is great; There are convenience stores and a mall close by. There are also a lot of restaurants and shops in the area. The staff are very responsive and very accommodating to our special requests. My family stayed here for a week and we all enjoyed and felt at home here.

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

Very peaceful and quiet suburban location. Cozy neighbourhood with grocery stores, supermarkets, eateries and convenience stores nearby. 5-8 minutes walk to the train station. Apartment was new and comfortable.

The room is well-equipped. It includes all the things you’ll need and the amenities are clean and well-preserved. The location is very convenient, one-minute walk to the station and there is a supermarket nearby which sells food cheaper than the markets in the city center. The owner provides clear instructions and pictures, easy to check in. But note that there is no elevator. Overall the place is clean and comfortable. The price for stay was also reasonable! Amazing Location and Great Local Eats! Masanari’s place is in a fantastic location—just a very short walk to Aoto Station, making it super convenient for getting around Tokyo. What really made the stay special was the neighborhood itself—there are so many authentic Japanese restaurants nearby, from ramen shops to cozy izakayas. It felt like a true local experience. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect after a day of exploring. Highly recommended for anyone who wants easy access to the train and great food right around the corner!

The accommodation had everything we needed and was clean. It's a 10 minute walk from the nearest station in a quiet area. You have lots of restaurants, combinis and other shops around. By train you can reach most popular places fast and easy. Ther was nothing to complain about.

I want to stay again next time! It was so spacious that my friend and I could both open our luggage! There were other reviews that said it felt old, but this was also an antique charm and the cleanliness was good, so it wasn't a problem at all! It was my first time in Tokyo, and I enjoyed it well thanks to you ~

We had an amazing time during our stay. After our long flight the kind host let us check in early. The room was clean in lovely neighbourhood with many restaurants and other services but in such a quiet peaceful area. The room had everything and more you’d ever need. It was the little things, personal note, toothbrush, many towels and other stuff. Honestly never seen an airbnb with so many amenities. We slept like babies, bed is perfect, aircon is working. If you see this room free, don’t hesitate to book it, you won’t be disappointed.

Yumi’s place was wonderful and helped make our trip amazing. She had detailed instructions on how to use everything in the home, nearby places to visit, and answered all our questions along the way. Definitely would recommend anyone to book with Yumi!

Great neighbourhood! Wonderful, cozy, and quite home for 2-3 people (max). At first it appeared too small (welcome to Japan for the first time) but within the next day we started to feel at a comfortable, cozy home. we checked in at 230am and it was flexible and comfortable. Pearl was very helpful in local recommendations and provided clear instructions for a comfortable stay. We had a lovely stay at this cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood near Gotanno Station. The room isn’t big, but it truly felt like home. It had everything we needed, from a kitchen and washing machine to thoughtful touches like a first aid kit and in-room baggage storage. The area is peaceful yet super convenient, with several convenience stores and a large supermarket nearby. Gotanno Station is just a short 3–5 minute walk away and offers a direct line to Ueno, with easy transfers to other major lines. The host and co-host were incredibly responsive and helpful, especially with local recommendations. We’d definitely stay here again if we get the chance! Very spacious, very close to the subway station, very convenient.The house is fully equipped, the toiletries are also fully equipped, the host is very friendly, and luggage can be stored.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was exactly as described and felt well-equipped — having a washing machine was especially convenient. The location was a comfortable walking distance to the metro, making it easy to get around. I appreciated the dedicated workspace, and the internet was generally strong enough for video calls, with only occasional minor lag that didn’t impact my remote work. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear neighbors talking or using water, but it didn’t bother me personally. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience!
