Τo διαμέρισμα Άλκηστις που βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο, είναι ένα μοντέρνο, ανακαινισμένο, αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα με μαγευτική θέα και σε απόσταση 30 μ. από την παραλία και τις ιαματικές πηγές. Το διαμέρισμα του υπερυψωμένου ισογείου φιλοξενεί δύο έως τρία άτομα. Διαθέτει ένα δωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια με ηλεκτρικά ανακλινόμενα στρώματα και δυνατότητα μετατροπής σε διπλό κρεβάτι, μικρό καθιστικό με πολυθρόνα κρεβάτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Ιδανικό για μια ευχάριστη και άνετη διαμονή.

Ο χώρος βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Ευδήλου της Ικαρίας, πάνω στον δρόμο που οδηγεί στον λιμενοβραχίονα του Ευδήλου 350 μ. από το σημείο που προσεγγίζει το πλοίο της γραμμής. Η θέση του προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα, και υποδέχεται τις πρώτες ακτίνες της Ανατολής του ήλιου καθιστώντας τον πολύ φωτεινό μέχρι τις πρώτες απογευματινές ώρες. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο δημοτικό parking και στην μαρίνα του λιμανιού. Απέναντι ακριβώς από την είσοδο του χώρου υπάρχει μικρή παραλία που χωρίζεται από τον δρόμο.

Our Tiny House was built in 2019 from exclusively ecological material and has a very good insulation against heat. (For ecological reasons, we did not install an air conditioning system.) It is fully equipped and offers much space inside. (20 sq.m.) We used natural, modern style furniture. The Tiny House ist perfect for 2 persons. The additional bed in the living room is 1.75 m and nice for one child or short people not taller than 1.65 m. The new pergola gives shadow to the sitting place.
