It has 300 sq. meters built on a 700 sq. meter lot (350 sq. meters are a garden equipped with games for children) The upstairs apartment has 4 spacious rooms with all the amenities for 14 people and a study with a sofa bed. The downstairs has a room with 2 beds in case you need to arrive with support staff. We are 5 minutes from “El Chaco” beach and 20 minutes from the Reserve. Terrace, BBQ, Pool, Tennis courts, etc.

The apt is located in the 3rd floor/1st row of the Sotavento condo in Nuevo Paracas. It has a master room with its own bathroom -jacuzzi- and a nice ocean view, 2 rooms with 2 bunkbeds each room for five people each -one room with its own bathroom and the other with an external bathroom- and finally, a service room that has a bunkbed for 2 people and its own bathroom also. The apt is fully equipped. In additionals it includes: i) DirectTV ii) BBQ iii) Chinese box and a iv) electric oven.
