This stay was an absolute dream!!! Couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to stay in during our time in Ericeira. The location had a beautiful view of the water, and was private so it was very quiet and peaceful but only a short walk into town for all the restaurants. The hosts were so lovely and welcoming, we felt right at home , and they were very responsive and helpful whenever we messaged them. We loved every second of our stay and can’t wait to come back in the future!

Excellent stay for entire month of March in San Jose at Juan Jesus’s place. The apartment is confortable, quite and safe, has very thing you need, is very well located 100 meters to the beach and to the town center, very good restaurants, grocery stores and bakery with convenient hours. Thanks Juan Jesus for allowing us to enjoy wonderful vacations at such natural treasure at Cabo de Gata Natural Park, for sure highly recommend

Je n’ai pas pu profiter du moulin car il y avait une panne de chauffage, mais Veronique et son mari m’ont proposé un gîte tout à côté en remplacement. Il était très confortable et je n’ai rien perdu au change. Les hôtes sont très accueillant et le petit déjeuner gargantuesque. J’ai passé un bon séjour.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is quiet, cozy, and beautifully kept — perfect for relaxing after a long day. I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful, offering delicious homemade treats that made my stay even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I would definitely love to come back!

Notre séjour au Moulin MOBY a été fabuleux ! Le cadre était parfait et loin de tout stress. En plus du moulin très cosy dans lequel nous avons dormi, la dépendance dans laquelle nous avons pu passer de belles soirées et profiter pour nous faire de bons plats était superbe ! La cuisine est magnifique et le jardin est très bien soigné. De plus, le logement est proche de villes superbes comme Óbidos et Peniche. Nous recommandons vivement cette expérience originale !

Indigo Windmill delivered exactly what we’d hoped for - a beautiful location with great outdoor space to relax in. The outdoor kitchen and hot tub are real highlights!

We spent a week at Ana's house with the aim to combine focused work and unwinding, and we definitely chose the right place. The Forest Windmill is a cosy place where we felt at home (loved the top room and its view) in the middle of a beautiful nature where we enjoyed doing walks in the mornings or at the end of the day. And the beaches and other walks were only 10 to 20-minute drive away. São Martinho do Porto and Nazaré were nice small cities to go to for a coffee or a dinner when we did not enjoy lovely breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoor at the house. Ana was a lovely host, responsive, helpful, sending us tons of tips before our arrival and during our stay. We will definitely consider coming back and recommend it to anyone looking for a calm nest in the middle of a beautiful nature.

An amazing home. The photos don’t do it justice. So peaceful but close to activities and places of interest. Large enough to find your own space but small enough for the group to all get together easily ie mealtimes. Clean linen and towels. On arrival you just go out the back and see the amazing views looking west over the fields. Spacious accommodation all well presented and maintained. Well appointed facilities everything there from full kitchen to outdoor furniture including barbecue, which was ready to use. Any queries dealt with by hosts very quickly without any fuss. It is an absolutely brilliant holiday home for staying home and enjoying the facilities or heading out to explore the surrounding villages and towns, and French culture. Could not want more. Lovely touches of tea, biscuits and wine on arrival, plus shower gel and bath salts. It will be hard to find an equally good house and hosts. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
