Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Vicinanze a supermercati,ristoranti,bar,mercatini serali,feste in piazza,imbarchi per le isole dell'arcipelago di La Maddalena.lucernario camera da letto, non dotata di spazi esterni,nessuno vieta di poter stendere nella vietta,gli abitanti della via amano sedersi fuori dalla porta di casa per scambiare due chiacchere nelle serate estive,troviamo tutto questo molto caratteristico! Vi aspettiamo! :)

L'appartamento stato progettato e ristrutturato nel 2024 in modo sobrio ed elegante, in modo che lo sfondo dell'isola della Maddalena e dell'Isola di Spargi potesse parlare da solo. Una fusione di legni nautici, tonalità mielate e pietra lattiginosa, sullo sfondo abbagliante della natura. Per la magica vista dal gigantesco divano o per la splendida piscina condominiale, tornerai anno dopo anno. E ci sono due camere, ciascuna con letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo e due bagni signorili.

Trova la pace dei sensi in questo appartamento completamente ristrutturato nel 2024, che si affaccia a una bellissima veranda-giardino con un gazebo esterno con area pranzo-cena e un divano. Gli interni sono progettati dall'Host-Architetto, che ci ha messo amore per definire ogni singolo arredo. Il contesto è di prestigio, all'interno di un residence appena riqualificato con piscina. Il centro e la spiaggia sono a due passi: se vieni qui ti dimenticherai la macchina per qualche giorno!
