Lisa’s place was the best stay I’ve had in a while – and I travel a lot! A beautiful gem of a spot, surrounded by the sea, which you can see from every room. The location is excellent, nestled among shops, restaurants, and bars. It’s perfect whether you’re after rest and relaxation or a bit of entertainment – head down to the Port Arms just minutes away on a Sunday for a live band and great atmosphere. Lisa has clearly thought of everything – from the well-stocked amenities, books, and games, right down to a pair of binoculars for sea-gazing. I would absolutely return!

We enjoyed our stay at Zed's very stylish apartment. It is so bright and airy, with beautiful views of the sea from the living room. The apartment is a short walk to Hastings old town with lots of restaurants and shops. There are free parking spaces right in front of the building. The apartment is also very well equipped and has everything we needed during our stay. We visited the fishermen's net huts and museums in the old town, and had the best fish and chips at Maggie's.

Enjoyed our second visit with Antony and Gonzalo. Had stayed 6 weeks in 2019 and became friends with them then. Made it a point to spend 3 nights with them on this trip and it felt like old home week. Antony is very knowledgeable about architecture and grand British homes so he can offer advice on where you may be able to see historic buildings and interesting houses. We hope to visit with them again on any future trip to England.

We had a fab few days . The flat is lovely...has everything you need, lovely decor, very comfy sofa and bed. Good places to eat within a few steps and easy to get to the pier and other spots. Bifold doors open onto the balcony which is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Road is busy but once doors shut the flat is quiet...especially the bedroom. Slept very well on the comfy bed. Would recommend highly.
