Take a break and unwind in this peaceful environment and charming cottage of about 60m2. Kitchen and bathroom and bedroom are renovated about 8 years ago. Tile oven in TV room that warms well. Wood is included. Wood stove in the kitchen that can be burned in. Tile oven in bedroom only as an ornament. About 10 km to lovely lake with bathing jetty and 30 km to Gekås. About 12 km to Rydö golf. 70 km to Isaberg. Sheets, duvet covers, towels are not included. Cleaning is not included. We live in the house next to it but do not have windows in the cabin.

The cottage has undergone a ground up restoration that was completed in the spring of 2022. It is a holiday home offering old world character with modern comfort .It shares a farm yard with another holiday house. It is situated in open grasslands which are surrounded by forests and lake with a rodboat that can be used from the 1 May- 1 Nov. Bedlinen can be ordered from us at 200SEK/person. Final cleaning can also be ordered at 1250SEK or the house can be returned to us clean after your stay.

Hönshuset - modern, newly renovated holiday home

Here you live with modern standards in an old chicken coop with wide views of the countryside. With about 4 meters in ceiling height and totally renovated standard, you will live wonderfully in this home. There are large open spaces where cooking in a well-equipped kitchen along with relaxation and socializing are in focus. Upstairs, there are two smaller bedrooms where you can sleep quietly and peacefully. You are surrounded by a rural environment, beautiful views of fields and forest.

On the plot there is a barbecue hut you are welcome to use. Havsbad and shopping in Halmstad and Tylösand are only 50 km away. Equally far it is to Ullared with the shopping mall GeKås.

Here you can walk on beautiful trails in the forest, pick berries and mushrooms, coffee on the terrace and play in the garden. Hey! My little red tiny house is located in the Swedish forests of Halland. So if you love it really quiet and close to nature, this is the right place. Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Small lakes, forests, a large river, nature reserves with hiking trails can be found in the area. Nature lovers get their money's worth.

Newly renovated cottage with large spacious balcony in sunny position, perfect for the coziest barbecue evening. Large spacious garden with plenty of space for playing. Just 200 meters away is our fantastic Hembygdspark with a large beach with a swimming jetty, and a nice nature playground.
