Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hybla Valley

Wonderful weekend getaway just a street or so away from the heart of King Street! The space was lovely, clean, and we felt very safe. Would recommend for any couples or small families looking for a great place in Alexandria.

This was my second stay at this Airbnb, and it was just as fantastic as the first—if not better! Returning felt like coming back to a peaceful little retreat. The space remains just as charming, clean, and thoughtfully put together, with every detail designed for comfort and ease. This time around, I was able to fully enjoy the private outdoor patio, and it truly elevated the experience. Whether sipping coffee in the crisp morning air or winding down with a cocktail in the evening, it quickly became my favorite spot to relax. The hosts continue to go above and beyond—warm, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making every stay exceptional. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Still highly recommend without hesitation!

My wife and I stayed at Amy’s place for roughly a week while we moved into NVA. Her place was excellent and at a convenient location - short drive to the metro, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and I really liked the peace of the woods behind the house. We definitely recommend staying here. Amy and was very proactive with offering assistance and recommendations, the apartment was clean and spacious, nice kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

They were such a great stay! We had to leave early and were very understanding, we would stay with them again!

Great place to stay and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Host was super communicative and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Only thing I'd suggest is to buy longer shower curtains because the entire bathroom floor would get wet every time we used the shower.

Quiet, private location with a pet-friendly setup. The space met our needs for a short stay and communication with our host Jad was very responsive throughout our stay. Loved the woods and amazing walking trails! Thanks Jad!

As a returning guest, Uche was again a gracious host. He was attentive and helpful in giving recommendations for things to do in the area. The apartment was in great shape and had everything I could need during my stay. There's a Harris Teeter grocery store a block away and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The free garage parking was very convenient, always a plus in Old Town Alexandria where parking can be difficult to find. I enjoyed staying here and would definitely do so again.

Myself and two colleagues stayed at John & Aubrey’s while in town for work. It was the perfect space for our visit, and we really enjoyed our stay. The home is spacious and comfortable, exactly as pictured. Their hospitality and quick responses to messages made this trip so easy for us and makes such a difference! We look forward to staying with them again!

We just had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb on the river! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. You can tell so much care went into every detail. The peaceful river view made it even more special, and it was the perfect spot for our family trip. Great stay, the place was very clean, well organised and had all the amenities we needed. Medy was a great communicator and made us feel welcome.

We stayed here for a few days until our house was ready to move into & I’m so glad we did! Alexandria is such a cute area & so many great places to eat. Trader Joe’s is only a half mile walk & a beautiful walk at that! We walked and grabbed some of our favorite snacks & food to have at the house. The house is also a super short walk to the bus stop. We hopped on the bus and explored many places in Old Town. Our young toddlers also loved riding the bus! The house in itself is perfect for a family & they have everything you need (spices, coffee, cooking utensils & pans) . If you want to eat somewhere close by within walking distance my kids loved Andy’s Pizza & then Jeni’s Ice-cream after! Would definitely stay here again!

My daughter will be having a baby soon and have been looking for a place close by for when I visit. This is it!!! It is affordable, clean and decorated beautifully. So relaxing, usually I can't sleep well in hotels but slept well here.

Comfortable quiet condo. Across road from a playing field and walking trails. Comfortable bed, good shower, extras ( food staples, umbrella, tennis rackets etc ). Abaad very attentive, and responsive. ( watch his getting to condo video- 3rd out of 4 buildings, entrance at back ). We felt like we had a new friend in texting and speaking to him . We stayed 4 nights. Would recommend.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

Israel’s place is a must stay while in DC. I wish I could gate keep it for myself lol. It’s exactly as described in photos. Perfect location in the Navy Yard and walkable to so many places. Each day I was able to walk to Orangetheory and SolidCore to workout and found a cute coffee shop along the way. I think the only thing I disliked was the firmness of the mattress but this will differ for everyone. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. Responsiveness, location, cleanliness, check-in, were all on point. Additionally really appreciated Israel’s flexibility as a host. I was supposed to stay in December but due to a last minute emergency I needed to change my reservation literally hours before. Last minute travel changes with flight, accommodation, etc can be hectic but Israel helped make this part easy for me. Overall, great experience and will definitely be staying here again!

Great space in a perfect location in Old Town. Starbucks on the same block, Trader Joe’s quick walk, close to King Street and the water. Place matched pictures and I would love to stay there again when I’m in the area.
