There is a large grocery store 10 minutes by car, so shopping is easy. There is a Seoak Seo-won, the Mughwangneung, and Seoak Highlands nearby, and it is good for a light walk around a 15-minute walk. It's also a fun event for the Old House in Seoakseowon every Saturday between April and October.

This is an old hanok village house located in the Danjang-myeon area. Even in the process of repeated repairs over several months, one thing I vowed to keep was to bring out the old appearance of this house. It was an inevitable choice to add modern facilities for convenience, but I tried to preserve its original form as much as possible. Amazing hospitality. David was extremely friendly and is an amazing host. Always helped us to get to places and cared a lot about us. Apartment was nice as well and easy to reach by subway. I would definitely recommend this place for others.

The garden was well decorated and the neighborhood itself was quiet, so it was nice to relax comfortably ~ This trip was alone, but I think it would have been nice if I came with my family or acquaintances. I'll visit again in the summer.

Apartment rented at the last minute, following a problem with flights to Jeju. Our host David is a very human person who listened to us, as if we were part of his family. Less than a minute from the apartment is the covered market the taxi square. The best restaurant in Bimbap less than three minutes away. various bus and metro stops. The specificity of this apartment that we did not find in the others is that we had the chance to share the life of Koreans away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Even though our stay was short-lived, we were lucky enough to enjoy two beaches. Thanks again to David.

The owner was really kind, and the room was really clean and well maintained even if it wasn't too modern, so I stayed in the accommodation in a refreshing feeling. There are many pretty flowers in the backyard, so we recommend taking a walk when you have time. Also, it was said that it was a little difficult to find the accommodation in another review, but when I arrived and I called the owner, he came out to meet me, so there was no difficulty at all. There's plenty of parking. ^ ^ Thanks to you, I had a great trip ~.

You can make precious memories with your loved ones.

The big and small bathtub in each bathroom was so impressive and nice. Especially the private jacuzzi on the private first floor was very nice. It was clean, and there were plenty of dishes prepared with Cornell. The pool water was also lukewarm for swimming, so it would be nice to play with the kids. We only went to adults without children. It was so unfortunate that I played in the pool alone.. The karaoke facilities were okay in their own way. Reservations are required in advance. The ping pong room is not good. The ping pong ball doesn't bounce. Lol But I had fun and had a good time. I highly recommend it.

This place felt much better than the photos I saw, and it was a much better place to stay!! All the acquaintances who went with me were satisfied, and they decided to use it again when they come to Gyeongju!!! The kitchen was also fully equipped with cups and dishes, and there was plenty of space to enjoy a barbecue outside, so I was very satisfied! The boiler worked well, so I slept warmly, and there were 2 bathrooms, so I used it comfortably!! I was really, really satisfied!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
