Lovely place! Just as described and pictured. Instructions for check in and check out super clear, making for a stress free stay. Kitchen amazingly equipped and the place is nice and clean. Really easy to get into the centre of Cologne from here too. Will definitely be looking to stay here again if we’re back in the area.

Laurent’s place was exactly as described. My partner and I had a fantastic time and highly recommend this loft for anyone looking to stay in Bonn. The neighborhood was peaceful and very walkable. The metro stop was right next to the apartment and made getting around the city super easy. Laurent replied quickly and efficiently.

Ein superschöner Aufenthalt - einfach traumhaft! Die Wohnung war superschön eingerichtet, gemütlich und sauber. Haben uns auch sehr über die Gartenmitnutzung gefreut - ein sehr idyllisches Plätzchen, schön gelegen und viele Wanderwege um die Wege - ein echtes Juwell <3 Julia und Norbert haben uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt während unserer Zeit bei ihnen. Danke für diese schöne Zeit!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is not only beautiful but there is so much to do and see and great restaurants right in the area! It’s very walkable but quieter at night than other city areas. The place was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a family!

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Die Unterkunft, der persönliche Kontakt und die Parkmöglichkeit waren prima.

Big place with three separate bedrooms and very clean. Great bathroom and shower, kitchen has anything you need. TV is very easy to cast to when on the same WiFi. One bedroom is accessible through another, the floor downstairs is very squeaky and the lamp above the table isn't working - but those are the biggest - we could find. Really liked it!

Très joli logement, certainement refait récemment donc très propre, décoré avec goût. Les équipements en terme d'électroménager et d'ustensiles sont parfaits ! Idéal pour 4 personne bien que les deux chambres soient communicantes : les hôtes de la chambres 2 passent dans la chambre 1 pour se rendre dans le reste du logement. Nous avons réservé ce logement avant d'aller a Phantasialand car il se situe a moins de 10 minutes du parc donc c'est génial !

Ich habe meinen 30. Geburtstag in der Villa gefeiert und alle waren begeistert von dem Riesen Platz und Möglichkeiten die man Vorort hat.

Marco ist sehr nett. Alles gut und problemlos verlaufen. Gerne wieder!

Was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Loft bzw. das ganze Haus ist fantastisch! Wahnsinnig kreativ, stilvoll und vor allem liebevoll eingerichtet. Meiner Meinung nach noch beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. 1.000 Dank! Es war ein tolles Wochenende. Die Restaurant-Tipps waren beide klasse.

Uma das melhores acomodações que já que fiquei. Lugar lindo e tranquilo, realmente me senti em casa. Tinha tudo, casa completa. Achamos bons restaurantes próximos também. Éramos um grupo de 5 pessoas do brasil e todos ficaram muito satisfeitos. Voltaria sempre para esta casa.

I absolutely loved to stay here. It was very cozy and just a great place to crash after an eventful day. We did have a lil trouble with the internet on the second day but Julia helped us fix it, even though she was on vacation on her own. She was an absolutely lovely host and I would definitely love to visit again. <3

Tolle Wohnung zentrumsnah - alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, sehr modern und sauber. Leider direkt an der ampel - deshalb kein ausschlafen möglich 😊. Ansonsten volle Empfehlung 👍!!!

Eine schöne saubere Wohnung im Herzen von Köln. Daher konnte wir vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Auch die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr hilfreich.

Really enjoyed our stay. Oliver was always quick to respond and really helpful with instructions. He also let us have a late check out which was much appreciated. The apartment is modern, clean and very peaceful. It's about 40 minutes walk to centre, which was absolutely fine for us but there's public transport close by. And so many restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

Great location with beautiful surroundings. I stayed for four nights—the place was comfortable and had everything I needed. Benjamin was really friendly and responsive. I really enjoyed my stay!

Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage mit Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße. Die kleine Dachterrasse und das zweite Badezimmer sind ein Plus. Auch wenn es kein zweites Schlafzimmer gibt, hat es mit vier Personen gut geklappt.
