We had a wonderful vacation in the apartment of Susi & Ahmed ☺️ The view of the sea is fantastic. Everything you need for a vacation is available in the apartment. There is a private beach, which is also very nice. Communication was excellent. Thank you again for everything. See you soon ♥️

This beachfront apartment was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful, stylish furniture and the attention to detail in every corner. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a perfect, relaxing stay. The view was stunning, with the lagoon right in front and a pool where we spent hours enjoying the sun. One of the absolute highlights was sitting on the balcony in the evening — the sunset views were breathtaking and truly unforgettable.

Peter was very eager from the beginning. Any deficiencies such as a clogged drain in the bathroom would be remedied immediately. The bathroom was dusty upon arrival, we cleaned it ourselves, Peter wanted to have it cleaned immediately. Peter is a very reliable landlord, we will be happy to come back. I can recommend the property.

We had a fantastic stay in this great appartment, spacious, confortable, nicely designed and furnished. The large terrasse is particularly pleasant, with nice views on Fanadir Marina and partial sea views beyond. The location is perfect at the heart of the marina, close to some excellent restaurants (Magoumi, Maison bleue…), and to the great KBC kitesurf school. Christine and Ramy have been great hosts. We hope to come back again.

Everything was perfect. Bashar provided all information needed for arrival and check-in. He recommended good Restaurants and bars, supermarkets , Taxi-and Tuktuk services - all very useful and to our full satisfaction. The Mangroovy Residence is wonderful with the awesome pool and distance to beach and bar. El Gouna is a beautiful place for relaxing holidays and we will definitely rent again Bashar’s place when we come back to Sandbox Festival. The place was clean, comfortable, and absolutely perfect. Yousi was an amazing, responsive, and helpful host. Despite the different time zones, she always made sure that everything was working perfectly and that we were enjoying our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Downtown El Gouna! The location is perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and the marina, yet quiet enough to relax. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and nicely decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient spot in El Gouna!

Lovely, clean, and well-equipped flat. It’s located near supermarkets and restaurants, which is very convenient. Mohamed booked a bunch of activities for us (Luxor day tour and safari tour) and was a great communicator/always responded really quickly.
