Quiet, secluded property with private entrance. Located on 10 acres, approximately 5 miles from Ricketts Glen state park. We have ponds stocked with fish, picnic areas, woods, and wildlife. It is a great place for a weekend getaway. There a many restaurants relatively close by to go get dinner at as well. Our property has limited wifi and cell phone service, perfect for an unplugged getaway.

We have rentals situated next to Ricketts Glen State Park. This is our park model cabin from Lancaster log cabins! We also have a camper and medium sized cabin. Ricketts Glen boasts 22 waterfalls. We had an amazing time in Julie’s RV. It was exactly what we wanted for a fun weekend of hiking and campfires. Julie is so nice and the RV was super clean and cozy. There were new linens and a nice thick mattress topper on the bed. It was so comfy. We loved having the screened in porch. It was nice to relax and listen to the birds. We had everything we needed for a perfect escape.

Mark is a gem! I booked on a whim and his place exceeded all expectations. He was friendly and very accommodating of our late arrival time. The breakfast was delicious (maybe the best banana muffins I’ve had) and the house was spotless and charming. We’re literally already planning our next trip back!

Stephanie was such a great host, our stay so exceeded our expectations. She has thought of so many things guests might need, from toiletries, to s’mores and wet shoes! The apartment is clean and bright and well appointed with a beautiful kitchen a stunning outdoor area, and everything you need. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake, a late night fire pit cooked dinner, and relaxing in the wonderful hot tub. Stephanie sent us messages every morning of things to do in the area that matched the weather and was very accommodating with check out time to allow us to finally enjoy some sunshine. Despite the disappointing weather, we had the best time, and have already booked another stay! Thank you, Stephanie!

Beautiful home in a relaxing, rural atmosphere. The pond is well stocked with largemouth bass and perfect for fly fishing after a relaxing day of sitting on the porch and connecting with family and friends. Great, concealed trails that lead to the lower levels of the property with a peaceful stream and open forested meadows. Amazing birds, wild life and natural setting that helps you reset from the digital life. The house and surroundings are literally perfect! Kyleen was incredibly responsive and everything was exactly as described. Will continue to come home to Benton and stay at this peaceful, bucolic farmhouse. Thanks for a great hosting experience. Best of the best!
