StarryPines Cottage is a 1920s resort bungalow that has been brought back to life. The house features reclaimed wood pieces and local furniture finds alongside mid century modern touches that give it a unique and stylish appearance. The cottage sits on a scenic property at the gateway to the Catskills. Natural Beauty and amenities make this a perfect retreat. Our family including a sweet lab mix live on property across the drive and share the greater yard. Dogs are welcome on approval.

40-Foot Container Cabin in the Catskills

*Click on our logo to see all four cabins on our property. Our 4-season 40-foot shipping container cabin is set on a stream/waterfall and 20 acres of wilderness. Warm in winter and cool in the summer, gaze at stars from the deck, enjoy the Solo fire ring, La Colombe coffee, hammock, and wood-fired hot tub. The cabin is two hours north of NYC, with electricity, refrigerator, Wifi, propane, wood stove, and an indoor bathroom. Woodstock, Kingston, the Hudson River and hiking trails 15 min away.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

This chalet A-Frame was the first of it's kind built by the original owners of Hunter Mountain Ski bowl! It is a mere 500 steps to the front steps of their legendary lodge. The Chalet is perfectly preserved and in a magnificent location to experience all that Hunter and it's iconic ski hill have to offer. At the end your days adventures come home to a blue stone fire pit and make smores under the Catskill stars! The infrared sauna will melt away any stress!
