Wonderful vacation house situated a stone's throw from the water and the beach. Literally speaking! Here you can wake up to the gentle sound of the waves, almost calling your name, if you feel for a morning swim. On warm days, you can enjoy meals on the terrace most suitable to enjoy both the morning sun and also a beautiful view to the sunset. The high roof inside creates a good and spacious feeling making it easy for family and friends to enjoy life together during all times of the year.

This luxury summer house from 2004 (125 m2) in the popular but quiet seaside resort of Rågeleje is located peacefully on a large site (1.900 m2) with panorama view to nature. Lots of birds can be seen from the house. The beach of Rågeleje and Vejby Strand is less than 2 km away and so is the famous nature reserve Heather Hill. Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
