The house is located on an agricultural estate in the Sierra Mágina Natural Park, two kilometers from the Fuenmayor and Zurreón water sources and very close to Úbeda and Baeza. We have two outdoor patios, one facing east and the other south, ideal for eating and relaxing. And a small pool for swimming, playing, and cooling off. Whether you want to spend a few days relaxing with the family or if you're into nature hikes, this is the house you're looking for.

This is a spacious house with a nice view. It is accessed by the porch and on the first floor has living room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. It has three bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. The pool and plot are totally independent. It has central heating, fireplace and BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped. We put on sheets, towels and the wood. From the Casa Jurinea Alzar you can visit the World Heritage Cities of Úbeda and Baeza.
