A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) Equipped kitchen The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19, or Tallkrogen, green line 18. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

Charmigt litet gästhus i vår trädgård. 10 minuters promenad till Stuvsta station med pendeltåg till Stockholm city. Gästhuset har ett vardagsrum med kök, ett badrum och ett separat sovrum. Fullt möblerad med en kontinentalsäng (120 cm), garderob, soffa och köksbord med två stolar. Köket är utrustat med glas, porslin och köksredskap. Stugan är framförallt byggd för en person, men det finns även ett sovloft på 15 mq, dock med begränsad takhöjd, med 2 madrasser på 80cm. Obs: Ingen parkering!

Bo enkelt och naturnära i detta nyrenoverade minihus på berget. Lugnt och tyst boende i skogen med fin utsikt åt väster. Möjlighet att uppleva magiska solnedgångar och ett och annat rådjur runt knuten. Stugan saknar WiFi och indraget vatten. Egen toalett på baksidan av huset. Campingdusch där du själv blandar till en spann med lagom varmt vatten. Varmvatten värms på induktionsspisen i stugan. Om vi är hemma i huvudbyggnaden går det bra att boka tid för dusch/bastu och tvättmaskin/torktumlare.

Newly renovated, fresh studio with own entrance and bathroom in private part of villa. The house is located in a quiet part of Älvsjö but only 25 min to Stockholm city and 4km to the Stockholm international fair. The Studio has a complete kitchen (incl. washing machine) with cozy dining area. It is Scandinavian decorated with great accuracy and a lot of charm. Wifi is provided. Enjoy fresh bedlinnen and towels upon your arrival and included cleaning upon departure, like in a better hotel :-)

Stugan ligger på villatomt med skyddat läge. Parkeringsplats på tomt. Tv-skärm med chromecast. Sängen är 120 cm bred och överslafen är 90 cm. Ca 4 min promenad till busshållplats. Buss till Huddinge C ca 10 min, därefter ca en kvart med pendeltåg till Stockholm. Buss till Södertörns högskola/Karolinska/Flemingsberg 10 min.

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new house next door. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Cirka 22 minuter med bil från centrala Stockholm finner du Vidja som erbjuder ett svårslaget lugn med fågelkvitter, badsjöar och naturreservat runt knuten. OBS! Ombyggnationer av vägar pågår i hela närområdet. Buller kan förekomma under dagtid måndag–fredag (07.00-16.00)

Välkomna till vår stuga med ett unikt läge på sjötomt i mysiga Gladö Kvarn. Vi är omgivna av stora naturreservat, men endast 10 min med bil, 20 min med buss till Huddinge C. Stor terass med sjöutsikt. Egen sittplats vid sjön. Huset har vardagsrum, kök, sovloft, dusch, tvättmaskin. Handukar och lakan finns och ingår i priset. 500 m till buss som går till Huddinge C och pendeltåg in till Stockholm C, 15 min.

挺好的房源。房子在地铁站附近，可以按照指引步行到达，距离市区各景点大概乘坐40分钟地铁，斯德哥尔摩的公共交通运行到很晚，不用担心错过末班车时间。周边宁静优美，可以看到漂亮的湖景，看夕阳落下时特别漂亮。房间干净整洁，舒适温馨。房东Richie在入住前给予了非常好的入住说明和旅行建议。Richie去过中国旅行，对中国文化有一些了解，非常温暖地接待了我。希望Richie可以保持健康，在不远的将来重返中国旅行。

We had a really good time. Everything looked as in the pictures, all clean and instructions clear. I especially enjoyed the location… calm, green, lovely neigbourhood, really nice also for kids (walks, playgrounds etc) and still shift walking to the metro station and you are in the center in 20 minutes. I would definitely choose the accommodation again.

I really enjoyed staying at Marlena's place. Comfy bed, walkable distance to the metro, good communication with the host. Recommended :)

Es war alles wichtige vorhanden, die Unterkunft war in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem war die Bahn und der Supermarkt gut zu erreichen. Bei Fragen und Anliegen war Patrik sehr zuverlässig und unkompliziert. 👍

The place is located in Älta and it was just perfect. Few minutes to the nature and lakes. Small supermarket close by and Lidl and Willys few km away. Very friendly host and I could have my own privacy 🙏 Highly recommended 😊
