Осень красивый дом , просторный и стильный , есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания . Все было идеально чисто к моменту нашего приезда . Очень радушный и гостеприимный хозяин , быстро реагировал на все наши просьбы и даже подарил нам бутылку великолепного вина . Мы очень рады , что провели незабываемые дни всей семьей в этом замечательном месте . От души рекомендуем . Обязательно вернемся снова )

Très bon séjour, hôte très réactif, même pendant le séjour, les draps du lit étaient particulièrement doux !

Mihran was really the perfect host. Everything from helping with transportation, ski rentals and even suggesting good restaurants and helping us reserve. They were always so helpful and attentive. The villa is very spacious and perfect for large families or groups, highly recommend this place!

Территория виллы очень красивая! Было немного обидно от того, насколько сильно весной были обрезаны кусты (практически до голых веток), но внешний вид локации они не сильно портили. Деревянный жилой дом полон удобств и очень, очень уютный. В нем дико приятно находиться, и он со вкусом обустроен. Дополнительное строение со столовой, кухней и комнатой отдыха также великолепно, в нем мы проводили большую часть времени во время посещения виллы. Отдельный плюс за бильярдный стол) Общение с RIS было комфортным, мы несколько раз договаривались о посещении виллы перед бронированием и заездом. Отвечали на сообщения всегда довольно быстро и всегда по делу Единственный минус этой прекрасной виллы – цена аренды. Локация очень красива, но из-за высокой цены сюда нельзя просто приехать отдохнуть на выходные: такие траты может оправдать лишь какое-то особое событие

We had a great stay at this cosy place in the middle of the forest. It was quiet and surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our time there!

Мы провели три дня с семьёй с маленьким ребенком в доме. С самого бронирования Давид был на связи, подсказывал и давал рекомендации относительно поездки. Для маленькой гостьи хозяин дома специально подготовил кроватку и стульчик для кормления, а при заселении нас ждала домашняя пахлава! Дом просторный, с красивой ухоженной территорией и хорошей мебелью. Ещё на территории живёт черепаха, это был полный восторг для ребенка) Мы застали роскошное цветение роз на территории дома. Бассейном и сауной воспользоваться не успели, но они также были готовы к использованию. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания, включая тапочки, шампуни и гели для душа. В пешей доступности есть магазины (примерно в 300 м - маленький магазин и примерно в 500-600м - достаточно большой супермаркет, но до него нужно немного пройти в гору). До центра города около 15 мин на такси. Также работают доставки продуктов. Мы остались довольны и благодарим Давида за помощь в различных вопросах!

Нам очень понравился дом. Нас встречала Мариам, была очень вежлива и обходительна. Чистый и комфортный бассейн. Несколько локаций во дворе для посиделок - мангальная зона, игровая зона, беседка, бассейн, зона у костра. Очень комфортное жилье, при возможности приедем ещё раз .

What a lovely home! Super close to some fantastic restaurants and the best of what Dilijan has to offer. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family of 4. Arevik is a delight to communicate with: she was responsive, helpful and highly accommodating. Would recommend this home in a heartbeat!

I had a great stay here. The location is perfect, less than a 10-minute walk to Dilijan town centre, which made it easy to explore the cafes, shops, and nearby trails. The place was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and helpful when I had questions. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Dilijan.

100% recommended!!! A little tip: Make sure to take everything that you need with you, because the market is quite far. Now the review: First of all the host was very friendly and responsive. He promptly and kindly answered to all of our questions. The house was as in the pictures. Though the road to the village was a little difficult, but not impossible even for sedan models. And it was worth it. No other houses around, just the amazingly beautiful nature, only the sound of the birds. All of us enjoyed the stay. If I had chance I would stay there for months.

The host is truly wonderful and helped us find a doctor for our sick child. She was always willing to respond to our questions and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The flat is comfortable and spacious. The area is quiet. 100% recommend.

Was sweet like our home. Modern, great and peaceful apartment and place to live as we live here for 29 days with great views, beautiful and clean, nice BBQ patio with amazing mountains views, fresh with warm hospitality. Two separate flats in amazing conditions. Syuzanna is very responsible and very friendly. This house is so close to the supermarkets and main road which is you can find everything you wand very easily with really good and fair prices. Me and my wife very happy to choose and live here for this Armenia trip. Dilijan is really nice city and of course we will be choosing it again and again.

The house was very large and comfortable and clean. The view was great from the balcony. There were the necessary appliances. Besides homeowners were very responsible, punctual and flexible. I highly recommend them.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended!

We came in the middle of the night and Arpina was there to greet us. Whenever we needed something she or her mother responded right away. It’s close to corner grocery stores (literally a two minute walk away) and an easy walk to the Rio mall. Is simple to get taxis to the sights like Republic Square and Cascade Complex. We had 14 people (8 adults, 6 children—4 of whom are under 5) stay very comfortably. Only thing to watch out for with children is falling in the pool and if you have really little ones falling down the stairs. We kept careful watch though and everyone enjoyed.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean and organized and we would love to stay here again!

It's not easy to describe our level of satisfaction with words. From the start to the end of our stay at this magical house everything worked out just perfectly fine and beyond our expectations. My family and I were extremely happy to stay there for 8 days and in the end, we didn't want to leave. It truly is a dream house. The massive and gorgeous garden has the most delicious fruits from apples to grapes and plums and many more. They don't use any chemicals and everything is organic there. We simply would walk down the garden and pick our favorite fruits and eat them. The beautiful and heated swimming pool was just amazing. We did swim during the day and also at night time. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the most relaxing spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee every morning. Every inch of the house is designed with love and passion with a traditional Armenian touch. Every room has its own unique feeling and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with anything you possibly need. We did barbecue almost everything night in the beautiful garden area right beside the pool. I can't emphasize enough how amazing of a place #Yerkirmylove is. I have to say the hosts and the staff were extra helpful and kind. They treated us like family and we couldn't believe how nice of a people they are. Every one of them are amazingly beautiful people. They even gave us an Armenian cellphone during our stay so we could easily have access to phone and internet everytime we went out in the city. To speak to an English speaking person all we had to do was press the speed dial and someone would answer in a second. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate, relax and enjoy every single second of your time in Armenia, don't look further. This is it. I highly recommend.

Maison très accueillante, plus belle et spacieuse encore que sur le descriptif. Quartier calme et paisible, maison voisine du frère de la propriétaire qui est super accessible et sympathique. Il n’a pas hésité à nous renseigner et nous aider si nécessaire. Arbres fruitiers à disposition. Deux épiceries à proximité, possibilité de prendre le taxi facilement via application pour atteindre Yerevan à 25 min. Hôte accueillante, accessible, disponible dès la réservation et jusqu’après le départ. Piscine mise à disposition, lit parapluie fourni sur demande. Nous avons passé une superbe séjour en famille, merci encore pour tout!

Great place to stay outside the city. House itself, nature and animals around are great

Very private location with a large garden, shed with grilling supplies, patio with dining table and chairs for cosy meals outside. The house has 3 levels with bathroom/shower on every level. Beautiful views from the 2nd and 3rd floor. It’s located on the hill, about 15 min walk to town but much harder walking back up the hill. With the car only 5 minutes to restaurants and groceries, we never had problems finding street parking in town. Streets on the hill are narrow but almost no traffic. If you are looking for a peaceful beautiful location, a little off the main road with good wifi it’s highly recommended. Enough space and privacy for a large family.
