A picturesque, magical piece of Czech land! :) The cottage has a unique atmosphere - it feels history, and yet it is very well equipped. And the kitchen and bathroom meet all the basic standards, making the stay very comfortable. The house is very close to towns with well-equipped shops and interesting places to explore. The owner is a very nice, contactable person. The biggest advantage of the Vyrovka chalet is its location on the mountainside. Cuddled to the forest knots from the doorstep gives its guests a breathtaking view of the rolling green valley. As unbridled peace allows you to savor the singing of birds, the surrounding nature, and the feerie of colors on the sky. For those looking for a respite, who want to enjoy the beauty of nature, we warmly recommend staying in this extraordinary place.

We spent the New Year with the whole family (9 adults, 4 children + dog) in the Cottage Rozarka and had a great time. The house has a large living room, open fireplace, sauna, foosball table and everything we needed. The ski slope was also within walking distance. Conclusion: great place to stay, great communication, helpful owner, highly recommended! Thank you Luboš!

Beautiful cottage in an amazing location. The kitchen was well-equipped, and all the spaces were clean. We had a great time staying here and recommend it to others!

The house is really beautiful - on a hillside overlooking the mountains, surrounded by trees. The walkers had a place to disappear for days, but a lot of us were just hanging out with a cup of coffee, admiring the views. You can completely forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is fantastic for groups - it has space to park several cars in the summer, it is spacious inside, with many separate common spaces. There's a place to hang out, but there's a place for smaller groups. For board lovers, RPG games, or just shared meals, there are plenty of tables and chairs ;) The house has everything you need to spend many days there - dishes, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. There is also a sauna and an outdoor heated bale. In addition, the house has an amazing atmosphere - beautiful old fixtures, wooden floor, sheep under the window... We spent an entire breakfast discussing the chairs in the upper dining room :D I recommend wholeheartedly <3

Completely satisfied, all is well. The cottage has huge activities (basketball, football, volleyball, ping pong, billiards). Ideal outdoor space for barbecuing and sitting. We can't complain about our group.

The house is very cozy and nice. The rooms upstairs were spacious and bright and it fit perfectly the sleep and stay there all together as a family. The kitchen is well equipped and there was enough space for all of us to eat in the kitchen. The oven is operating on gas so it's worth to mention it to the guests and explain how to make it work. The living room was also really nice and there were kids toys and books there and the firplace was super wonderful after a long day outside. The area is also beautiful and there are many thigns to do around. Might be worth to add a list of recommendations of places to eat outside close by but besides this great experience

We had a nice and cosy time around christmas. The house is perfectly equipped and we fehlt very comfortable. There is a lot of space, wonderful with children. My nephew enjoyed to play with all the toys provided. We had some nice trips to the mountains and enjoyed our holidays - thank you very much!

Perfect for a good time in a larger group! We were with six families at Jakub's and enjoyed the time very much. Helpful, direct and friendly communication. Beautiful surroundings. Sure, the house is not a new building, but everything is available: bathroom/WC in each room, fully equipped kitchen incl. Dispenser, pool, hot tub, volleyball court, grill & fireplace right at the house, short walk to Černá studnice.

The place was a dream! Hot tub, sauna and grill worked great and were easy to use. We were there with 18 people and were able to celebrate the new year well relaxed:-) Communication was also very good and if there were any problems, there was a helpful response right away. Only the way into the cottage was quite strenuous and due to the weather in some places, it was icy and slippery. Now we are prepared for this and will definitely be happy to come back :-)

It was truly a successful stay. We even had the opportunity to buy beer barrels from the hosts, which could be connected to the dispenser in the property. We spent New Year's Eve there and the host surprised us with a bottle of homemade Slivovice. We are sincerely satisfied!

Brilliant house in a beautiful location. Pavel was a great host with quick and easy communication prior to and throughout our stay. The accommodation is even better than described and absolutely perfect for large groups.

Picturesque and cosy place! The house is well renovated, everything is new and fresh. Large open air territory with table and benches and beauty fireplace. Restaurant on the parter is additional benefit. Also, the free parking is available. Only positive emotions to share :)

It was a very nice stay in beautiful scenery. The house offers many opportunities to relax and completely forget about everyday life. The house is large enough for the many people, there are lots of places in the house to get together and at the same time have enough space to retreat. The hosts are extremely friendly and quick to reach out with questions and very helpful. We enjoyed the stay and can absolutely imagine spending the Christmas holidays there again. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay. The place is even better in reality than the pictures. Very spacious even for a large group of people, very well equipped. The location is very peaceful and picturesque, lots of great hikes nearby (we went in April, so no skiing). It's difficult to please everyone when it's a large gathering but everyone loved the place!

This was absolutely great stay. Kamenny Mlyn is run by very helpful people, they even wait for us with dinner - in the evening - till we come back from mountain. Dinner is included in the price - you can choose from few dishes, but every one of them are very tasty and you must try it! Interior of the house is probably new and restored - and it's very beautiful inside. And for the end: Kamenny Mlyn is located away from near village, near brook - and it is advantage - it is very quiet and you can hear the sound of the forest :)
