The apartment is designed for guests looking for rest or peace of mind to work. It is completely unsuitable for parties, nightlife, etc. noisy activities. Do not disturb the neighbors in the evening, they have small children and they get up in the morning to go to work.

Nearby sights such as Znojmo ,Moravský Krumlov, Brno, Třebíč , Telč , Vranov nad Dyjí , Lednice and Mušov are large lakes with bathing (Moravia aquapark)
