Vacation rentals with a patio in Howard County

Sharon was more than gracious and helpful in our stay. Unfortunately, we weren't there for pleasure or vacation. The location was great for the places we needed to be. This old home had a lot of charm and beautiful artwork through out the home. The space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hopefully when we come back for a vacation we can stay here again. It is a very beautiful home.

Excellent place in a good and peaceful location! Right next to the highway, but secluded enough that it does not give you the feel of a busy area. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you need, as well as easy access to the BWI train/airport (13 min driving). Mintesinot has been attentive, respectful, and truly good with the overall service. Fully recommended.

5 Stars - Fantastic Stay! This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The space was incredibly comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better – close to everything we needed while still quiet enough to relax after a long day. Rob was an outstanding host! He was super responsive, easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience. It’s clear he takes pride in providing top-notch hospitality. A great host and easy to find as well as follow instructions. Antoinette was checking in on us and so easy to communicate with. Very quiet place and relaxing.

Lisa was an excellent host! Loved that I could bring my pup and we felt right at home. The couch and oversized chair are super comfy. The shower is gorgeous! The place is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and unwind. The fenced in backyard is 10/10. We loved that it’s located in a friendly & quiet neighborhood and enjoyed our morning walks and then being able to play ball in the backyard.

Great spot to stay in Catonsville, super awesome place and excellent host! I would gladly recommend it to one or two people looking to scout out Baltimore and the surrounding areas.

Ig had an amazing stay! 🧘🏾‍♀️The guest house was spacious with huge decks, a deep pool, and all daily essentials provided. The location was super convenient—just a few minutes from stores—and the neighbors were so friendly.😁 just my type 😜 👋🏾 hey honey bunny 😂. Jemaine was a wonderful host: kind, responsive, and even ordered a pool ladder when I needed help getting out! Short people problems 😆. I loved it so much, I extended my stay. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks JERMAINE!!!!!!

This was a great location for us - quiet neighborhood and very walkable. The house was clean, comfortable, and provided all kinds of useful amenities. There were even some fun classic games we were excited to dig into (like battleship!).

This the second time and it was as good as First time…

Great place if you are heading out of BWI. Just 15 minutes to long term parking. This apartment is in the basement of an upscale newly built home. Enter from the back. Felt clean. Add a few more plants, some decor to contrast with the nice white walls and I’d want to move in long term😁. Couldn’t find the thermostat but didn’t need it. Over all enjoyed my stay.

I had a very nice stay here for about 10 days while visiting Baltimore for work. It’s an easy-to-locate basement apartment below their home, in a residential neighborhood that felt overall safe, especially for some of the surrounding areas, and it has a designated parking spot on a cul de sac. The apartment is exactly as described and pictured, very comfortable with a nice bed with fresh linens, good pillows, and a very nice updated bathroom and shower. Tamra was very responsive and took care of a small detail that was missing immediately. Overall it was an convenient, cozy and comfortable stay!

Overall great stay, great location, quiet neighborhood, just a few min drive to the subway. The house nice and clean but could use a bit more attention to detail in the comfort/amenity area, nothing show-stopping but just little things like the kitchen had no can opener, no wine bottle opener, no hand towel in the bathroom, not enough wash cloths. As I understand, they are working on making some improvements, still a great stay for us overall.

Large place, great jumping off point and close to town for my partner, my dog and myself. Very clean, and set up great to watch TV at night or work from home. And a fully operational kitchen so you don't have to eat out every night. Thank you again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Alexander’s place is great. Peaceful, clean, and in a walkable neighborhood. Very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay.

My girlfriends and I were in Washington DC for National Police Week & were looking for a place close to the city but reasonably priced. We found Chris’s place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, just as described & came with a book of recommendations. The area is nice & we felt safe. Great restaurants. The bus & train r walking distance. We learned how to use public transportation instead to taking our car to avoid traffic and parking fees. My bedroom window faced the street so I could hear the cars & people walk by but when I turned on the fan I didn’t hear anything. Also this is a Renovated basement & have upstairs neighbors & can hear them walking around so if u r looking for a super silent place then this isn’t the place for u. It didn’t bother us. It has a private entrance and it was super easy to find. Chris was so attentive & helped with whatever we needed. He was an awesome host!

Rosalyn's House was laid out perfectly, with lots of natural light and beautiful views of the gardens outside. The two-tone paint on the walls in the living area and nicely selected art was definitely a step above the average rental house. The Kitchen was one of the best equipped we have seen, and we loved the coffee options. The appliances were top notch. Rosalyn was always available to help us with questions and respond with help. The home was clean and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay!
