Enjoy a welcoming stay at this centrally-located house only a 7 min walk from Lancing train station. You can be in Brighton in 20 mins or Worthing in 5 mins. We are a 15 min walk to the seafront & beach. The house is stylishly decorated & you will have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, outdoor patio & garden. The bedroom has a super king bed- it’s massive! In the photos you will see a yellow kids room which is also available to rent in conjunction with this room, just message me to ask.

Your room has tea making facilities, a smart TV, wi-fi and a fan There are 2 single beds and an additional fold up Z bed can be added. The bathroom is just outside your bedroom door which is shared should there be guests in the opposite bedroom. Breakfast is available.
