Perfect location for bicycle lovers. Two bicycles can be used for free. More upon request. Stay green: This is a solar powered guesthouse. Although in a quiet rural street very close to the city of Utrecht. It will take you 15 minutes to bike right into the center of town, or 18 minutes by bus (and a walk to the bus stop).

Beautiful mini (small) loft near Utrecht

Spacious loft, a bright yet cozy room in the middle of nature, yet close to Utrecht, Amsterdam and centrally located in the middle of the country, you are welcome! This place is suitable for a family(mom and dad and two smaller children (12-14 years) or up to 3 adults. There are two separate beds, and a bunk bed. The bunk bed is in a separate room. We have several studios. The studios are on a farmyard. This is part of a larger building/annex.

The exterior of a traditional thatched-roof farmhouse is visible, surrounded by a gravel driveway and landscaped greenery. Large windows invite natural light into the structure, while a gated entrance is seen in the background, leading to open fields.

In juni ontvangen wij de eerste gasten in onze monumentale boerderij! Of je nu opzoek bent naar rust of reuring, een verblijf in Schalkwijk geeft je het beste van twee werelden: dichtbij de stad en de natuur. In de omgeving is veel te ontdekken, maar voor mooie uitzichten kun je ook gewoon uit het raam kijken. Het is soms net een schilderij. Tot snel! Geschikt voor drie personen. Honden zijn ook welkom, de tuin is omheind.

Had a super nice stay! The surroundings are very nice and very quiet. I had my dog with me and was able to walk along the water with him, and he had plenty of space to run and play! Wonderfully calm and quiet atmosphere! Communication with Chantal was also pleasant. I was able to reach her easily and reach out to her with my questions. Upon arrival, she guided me to the correct room by phone. Instructions were fine. And host came to say hi! I had wonderful relaxing days and visitors who came by during Christmas was no problem! Great!! Really a place to come back to again.

Great hosts and such a beautiful setting. We loved that there were animals and things for the kids to play with, the treehouse was a huge hit with the kids. The hosts were very friendly and were very laid back with our 3 boys, very friendly dogs the kids loved playing with in one of the grassy areas. The place was pleasantly secluded, we could sit out alone and have a lovely mealtimes overlooking fields with views of the village in the distance.

Wonderful, relaxed, nice place to BE. Quietly located in the meadows. Nice accommodation and there are even seats outside that you could use. With all the comforts and cozily furnished. I enjoyed the tranquility and the beautiful sunsets. Very warmly received. Thanks again for the nice weekend.

Back house Ons Hoekje [Entire house]

We had a wonderful experience at Stefan and Renee's bed and breakfast! The location was perfect; there was plenty of room to park and plenty of opportunity to relax. We enjoyed having a barbecue, and Stefan and Renee were kind enough to give us extra cabbage, allowing us to really enjoy a complete BBQ. The bathroom was nice and the beds were good. Also nice that basic necessities such as salt, sugar, tea and coffee were available. This provided that extra bit of comfort! It is absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a nice place to stay.
