At the river you can relax, watch nature or read a book. We are a quick drive to great fishing.

Located on a quiet dead-end road, walking distance to Memorial Satilla Health Hospital, this is a perfect location for healthcare workers coming to our area ; Or for anyone looking for a quite, comfortable place to stay while visiting the area. This is unit two of a duplex, but you will find the set up is still very private, with your own driveway and a fenced in back yard with a privacy fence that is divided from the other unit.

Fern Dock River Cottage

Ideal for couples, business and adventure travelers to relax in a "private" cottage on a bluff. Safe parking for vehicles. Tie a boat at the dock. Write or read a book, fish, watch birds, lay in a hammock or do some crabbing. Dine and visit historical and recreational areas. Steps lead down and up a private entry door of the cottage. This quaint 1960’s farmhouse sits beside a beautiful old magnolia tree. There is a complete kitchen and dining room alongside a comfortable living room with wi-if, a tv, and record player. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a half bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower. The den has a fireplace and pull out sleeper sofa. The highlight of this house is the large screened in porch looking out across the cow pasture.

We're about 25 minutes from Jekyll and St. Simons Islands~ But set on 5 acres of peaceful Oak Trees and wildflowers. The Farm's wide open common area makes it ideal for hosting groups, and the huge front, side, and back yards are perfect for lively kiddos. Whether you're planning a reunion, retreat, or just want to rest, this spot will treat you well! We've added a Smart TV for Movie night and a New gas grill to the outside deck! Enjoy!

The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place is ideal for one or two people to stay overnight or for a week. It's rustic, but clean and comfortable, has a king bed, a claw-foot tub, an outdoor shower, a microwave, toaster, small fridge and complementary coffee and tea.
