On over 100 square meters you will find a large living/dining room with access to the glazed loggia and a terrace from which you can also enter the garden, a large bedroom with double bed, a study with two single beds, a large kitchen-living room and a shower room with washing machine. In the garden, a heated pool is available from Easter - October. Explore Lusatia and enjoy the evening while grilling by the pool.

Studio apartment close to the center

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is a 3-minute walk to the train station and a 5-minute walk to the center. In the rose garden you are in about 20 minutes. For further exploration I can provide 2 new mountain bikes. For bicycle tourists, the bike can be parked in the hallway at night.(220V socket). When arriving by car, free parking is of course available. Especially for longer stays, there is a washing machine.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Guests who only stay one night will pay for one Surcharge of €20
