Comfortable 2-storey house on top of Hornitos, very well equipped, with direct sea view. Large roofed terrace and comfortable outdoor space with barbecue grill. -4 spacious pieces, 2 are en-suite. -Outdoor apartment with post beach shower. It has a caretaker, power generator and gas generator. -Includes: 6-7 hours per day, approximately generator. Hours: 10-13 hrs and 20-24 hours. (Extra hourly value $6,000) -Gas included. -Water of 7,000 lts water. It is delivered full, must be returned the same.

Cute and cozy cabin located in Punta Itata, the most beautiful, quiet and spacious beaches in the Region of Antofagasta. Special to disconnect with family and friends. Water consumption is charged apart from the price of the lease.The water is a very scarce good in this area . Take care! Pets are welcome , In the cabin comfortably accommodates 13 people . There is no hot water. We have 2 drums of purified water available to guests. 1 awning of two chairs
