We spent only one night here on our way to Croatia, but you could easily spent more days here in the beautiful rural environment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sabine's place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos - it is very tasteful and lovingly decorated - we would move in here immediately. It offers a lot of space (there are four of us) and we didn't miss anything. We had breakfast - in the sunshine - in the garden. The house is very quietly located, which we particularly enjoyed. It was very clean! Sabine was flexible with check-in and the communication was great. We got a lot of tips and were very sorry we were only there for a weekend. However, we will be happy to come back :-)

We spent a weekend at Ferdinand's and it was wonderful. The surroundings and tranquility were particularly nice. Everything you need or want is there. It was all very clean. We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended by us.

Lovely place, great location

A great old farmhouse, with plenty of space for our whole large family with 8 adults and 6 children (had booked it for a family reunion). It is quietly located and surrounded by lots of forest and greenery. The hosts are extremely warm, helpful and hospitable. It was just arriving and feeling good. We were even invited to a family celebration! The children have plenty of space to play and explore on the extensive property. Highlights were the large trampoline, the barn with the long swinging swings, the horses and dogs, the many toys and of course the stream, which was used extensively for swimming and splashing due to the beautiful weather, while the parents could relax in the hammocks. The separate barbecue area offers enough space for everyone and is ideally located by a window to the kitchen. There is simply nothing to complain about and we would like to thank the hosts once again for the beautiful, relaxing time.

This house has an incresible view from the terrace and from 2 of the bedrooms (3 separate bedrooms, 1 with private bathroom and there is one separate, common bathroom. The kitchen is super well equipped. Grocery shopping is possible about 200 metres from the house or 5 mins by car. Passau or Cesky Krumlov are great daytrip options, but above all, the amazing Bayerischer Wald wandering routes start from and around the village. The jacuzzi on the terrace and the peaceful environment, the perfect silence rounds the experience up. A perfect place to stay!

It is a very quiet environment... except for the chickens... quick response to all concerns

Before departure, we communicated several times, everything worked out great. We - Family 8 adults, 4 children and 1 dog -, were already able to check in online. On the day of arrival, the house was ready and was found as described and illustrated. Everything very clean and in great condition. The 2 bedrooms on the upper floor are very large, 1 bedroom normal size, the two on the ground floor also normal size. The bathrooms were okay, but we would have liked some storage space here. The kitchen was well equipped, but we could have used a larger refrigerator. It was very warm, so we had to store a lot of things there, which was not enough and we went shopping every day. The darkening of the SZ was not sufficient for us (blankets in front of the windows helped here), and the large SZ heated up a lot (air conditioning would be great). In the outdoor area, there was only 1 umbrella for 2 tables, but it was okay. Bread roll service would be great, as the shop is not nearby!

Everything is great. Location, cleanliness, scenic surroundings... I recommend!

Great location, very quiet environment with lots of nature around, the charm of the cottage/accommodation is a dream, the check-in went smoothly and quickly. We were traveling by motorcycle and for us it was simply a dream, on roads and activities from the accommodation. Very nice host, she took the time to give us information. We would be happy to book it again and again. 😊🙋🏼‍♀️

The house almost directly on the lake is a dream. Tomas sent us all the necessary information and many other details in advance, so that no questions remained unanswered. The terrace has a breathtaking sunset view of the lake. In the house there was everything you could need. We would come back anytime.

The apartment is located on the edge of the holiday resort and thus the view towards Hauzenberg and the surrounding area is unspoiled and beautiful. It is extremely quiet. The holiday resort is very well maintained thanks to dedicated caretakers. The outdoor pool is a little chilly. The indoor pool is a little warmer. In combination with the sauna where you have to register the use (if others have not already done so) very pleasant. The apartment is quite well equipped. The mattress of the double bed is a little soft (a matter of taste).

Every single thing was perfect.

A pronounced oasis of well-being, we felt right at home. We were received in a very friendly and humorous way. This short break from the daily stress of everyday life far exceeded our expectations. My partner was thrilled with the landlord's cat, of course, she was allowed to have breakfast with us 🤗🤗 Thanks again, we'd love to come back soon 👌👌👌

We had a perfect time at Judith's. The accommodation is spacious, welcoming, clean, quiet, fully equipped. Proximity shops 2 mins walk including public transportation if needed. Thank you for the thoughtful gesture upon arrival 😊

Kata's place is beautiful and even more breathtaking than it already comes across in the pictures. We immediately felt comfortable and the beautiful details throughout the loft make the place unique. In my opinion, the loft could really be called a designer loft. A lot of attention to detail and everything was thought of. Communication was also always flawless and absolutely hassle-free! I would be happy to come back. A very clear recommendation!

The blockhouse is a true gem when it comes to sharing some time with good friends. It is extremely spacious, clean and the individual rooms provide privacy when needed. We loved the time spent there for my birthday. On top, the surroundings provide opportunities to bike and hike!

we had an amazing weekend in this cozy, beautifully decorated and very comfortable cottage - seeing deers from the window and just walking out the gate for a nice hike in the snowy Sumava - perfect place to disconnect, read, spend quality time with loved ones.

A beautiful old restored cottage, we felt very comfortable. There is everything you need and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. However, the house is not a short walk from Cesky Krumlov as indicated. It is 14 km. In the end, however, we were happy because it was very quiet and idyllic

We felt very comfortable in Killian's apartment. It has the best view of the beautiful lake and was totally clean. Unfortunately, the washing machine is really inconvenient in the bathroom - otherwise there is nothing to complain about. The kitchen was well equipped for its small size.

Absolute recommendation for a relaxing stay in a beautiful area! The hosts are warm and you immediately feel welcome, even by the large farm dog ;) From the parking lot, it is a short walk up through the cattle pasture to the hut at the edge of the forest with adjacent horse stables. The outdoor bathtub can be heated with wood and makes bathing or showering a great experience :) Alternatively, there is also a freely accessible shower in the main house downstairs. In the cottage there is a small bathroom with toilet behind a swinging door, a well-equipped kitchen and fridge with freezer. Outside there is also a grill as well as sun loungers to relax and an electric sauna in a dream location to the forest. All shopping facilities such as Rewe, Netto, Aldi, Rossmann, gas station are 8 minutes away. There are also, of course, many beautiful hiking trails and lakes for swimming nearby. All in all, really an absolute recommendation! :) Thanks to the hosts!
