Barbara’s Bungalow at Greenponder Ranch is country living at its best. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, boasts a secluded location (1/2 mi. from road frontage) nestled snugly in the trees on a private 3-acre pond. Best accessible by truck or SUV. If you’re the active type; fish in the pond, try your luck at our 9-hole disc golf course, (discs are available for extra charge)or test your skills at corn hole. If relaxing is more your speed; enjoy the view from the porch of the waterfront pond.

My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

We have a small little farm with dogs, ducks, chickens and 3 goats. Within a few miles of the famous bass fishing lake, Lake Fork. 20 mins from Sulphur Springs, Winnsboro, and Quitman. Path of Totality for the 2024 Eclipse. This location is in the path! The eclipse here is TOTAL.

Also has a Queen air blow up mattress for extra sleeping room.

The Half Lady

Located on 18 acres of meadows and wooded trails, the Half Lady bunkhouse is clean, spacious and charming. Fish, stroll wooded trails, chill out in the hammock, star gaze by the fire pit or create a gourmet meal using the herbs growing on and near the porch. Price shown is for 1 or 2 guests. $10 per person after that.
