It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

Unser Chalet befindet sich in ruhiger, idyllischer, sonniger Lage in Kirchberg. Vom Zentrum ca. 6 Minuten Fahrzeit. Das Rustikale dennoch gemütliche „Häuschen“ verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Galerie, sowie ein Zimmer im untersten Stockwerk, Skiraum, Abstellraum für Sportequipment. Überdachte Garage sind vorhanden. Eine Terrasse mit Liegefläche und ein herrlicher Ausblick über sämtliche Berge lässt so manche Herzen höher schlagen.

In the fully equipped kitchen-living room is a large, round dining table with seating area, which invites you to linger, especially on long winter evenings. The apartment also has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is customary in farmhouses in Tyrol), a bathroom, separate toilet, a terrace and a fenced garden area.

Greetings and a warm welcome! The Bergwelt guesthouse welcomes you in the centre of Niederau in the beautiful Wildschönau region in the Kitzbühel Alps. Look forward to new, spacious flats with panoramic mountain views. The Markbachjoch ski area is 400 metres away. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The fully renovated flats, furnished in traditional Alpine style, all feature a kitchen with a dining area, satellite TV, a seating area and a balcony.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Our region offers numerous recreational opportunities: Refreshment in the natural swimming lake, varied hikes and in winter connection to the "Ski Juwel Alpbachtal" ski resort.
