Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. House is at the back of 20 acres! Has stocked pond for fishing or drink coffee on the front porch and watch whitetail deer in the yard! Fenced in backyard for pets and plenty of room for them to roam and pond for them to swim in. Has a big garage. 3.5 miles from the fair grounds, 4 miles from downtown Texarkana, 2.8 miles from cooper tire. Close enough to everything but relaxing and quieter then you can get in a neighborhood!

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Nannie’s place

This luxury tiny home sits on land that has been in our family for over 140 years. My great grandmother (Nannie) lived on this land for many years. Her home is now gone, but it was always welcoming and many have precious memories of their time spent here.
