Vacation rentals with a patio in Hoover

It was a beautiful place with the tallest ceilings I've ever seen! It's in a really cute little shopping district with a coffee shop only a few blocks away. We really enjoyed our time here and will try to stay here again next time through Birmingham

Place was nice and very clean. Communication with host was excellent.

Susan was a great host. We had a problem with the A/C, but she addressed it right away and resolved the issue. And for our one day inconvenience her refunded our full amount. If the property is available I will be staying there again. Thanks.

I stayed here while working this past week in Birmingham. The location was perfect!!! The instructions on how to enter the building were so easy to understand and it was a breeze to get into the unit. It’s a very secure building. The was an odor in the hall but nothing horrendous just something I couldn’t place. Would have loved a floor lamp or table lamp in the living room but that’s just personal preference. The only “issue” is the unit is right across the street from children’s hospital so you can hear ambulances but so easy to tune out. Loved having on-site parking and you can actually see the spot for the unit. Tried to book it again for July work trip but it was already booked. Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay - steps from downtown. We were able to walk to pepper place which is always a bonus. Clean and for the area its located felt safe being up on the hill.

We really liked Mallorie's place! Very clean and nice furnishings. Quiet location off the beaten path. When housekeeping was running a little late on the day of our arrival, Mallorie offered to refund some money to make up for the inconvenience. We really appreciated that! Overall, great experience!

Stayed here for 10 weeks with no issues and felt like home. If I had anything I needed or any problems, Stephanie was super quick to respond and help. I would recommend this place to short and all long term stays. If I am back in Birmingham, I will definitely be staying here again.

Great place

This property was just as described. Very nice. Secluded with wooded surroundings. VERY quiet. Lots of room. Snacks, water, and a variety of Keurig pods were provided. The internet service was disrupted by a storm two days before arrival. Alice advised of the problem and offered cancellation but we decided to keep the reservation. While service was not fully restored during our stay, Alice refunded a portion of the fee - pleasant surprise. I would stay at this property again without hesitation.

The home was wonderful! The location was perfect for attending the SEC tournament in Hoover. Close to retail and grocery stores. Felt very safe in the neighborhood.

We arrived later than anticipated so she left the porch light on for us. Much appreciated! 6-7 minutes from everywhere we needed to be. Would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay at the Blue Highlands Manor! Everything was so beautiful and well kept, the beds were very comfortable as well and all was clean and as listed. The space was also decorated very cute and I am excited to get my morning of "getting ready" photos from my photographer. I stayed with my bridesmaids to have a space to get ready for the wedding and it was the perfect spot. It's an historic home in Birmingham, AL with so much beautiful original wood and modern furnishings. I also loved Abby's recommendations to local restaurants! This was a dream, thank you!

Need a place for the night while in town for an event. Sakinah’s place was just what we were needing. Great location, as described, clean, easy to check in and out. Definitely will stay again when we have the need.

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

Joe’s place is very nice! I think it’s exactly what the pictures depicted and worked really well for our one night stay. Joe was very responsive to my messages and helped coordinate an early check in based on our need for that. That was very much appreciated and would recommend this property and any others he may have, based on that service alone!

We enjoyed our time here, the area is very cute! We paid $40 for parking close by, because street parking was minimal. The area felt safe, I appreciate the multiple security measures to access the apartment. The apartment itself is nice, well decorated and cozy! The bed was comfortable and there were additional pillows provided. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at 42nd while in Birmingham for work. The location was perfect. Easy walk to charming shops and restaurants. Also a quick drive to other parts of Birmingham. The interiors were styled to perfection, with McKenzie's art showcased throughout the home. Furnishings were comfortable and immaculately kept. Such a beautiful home. I highly recommend and cannot wait to return soon!

Joanna's apartment was great! Beautifully updated and simply decorated. Firm beds, spotless showers and kitchen, comfortable den furniture. perfect for our brief stay for college Orientation.
