It is a quiet area, with an access road to the adjacent forest. You can cycle nicely in the area. But also possibly shopping in the nearby villages such as Dedemsvaart and Hardenberg.

Between Vechte and the Alte-Picardie Canal lies Emlichheim on the Dutch border. Many bike paths and hiking trails make this region a popular recreation area. Simply feel good and relax. Our holiday home (2-4 pers) is centrally located and near the center of Hardenberg, where there are more than enough nightlife. It is within walking distance of the station and adjacent to the beautiful Vechtdal where you can walk, cycle and enjoy expansive views and beautiful state forests. It is also very suitable for Pieterpad hikers.
