Waterfront vacation rentals in Homosassa

Tom and Tammy are really super hosts. Always responded quick to my questions. The area is fantastic. Walk to restaurants and the best one is Brian’s Place right next door. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the music on weekends (don’t worry, it’s over by 9), and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Plenty of parking. Lots of shopping close by. Place has everything you need and is well equipped. Plenty of wildlife. Two majestic Eagles have a nest across the canal.

My partner and I wanted to visit the springs to kayak. This place exceeded our expectations. All we had to do was launch from the dock in the backyard and we were minutes from the clearest and bluest water. We even saw a manatee munching on some vegetation across from the dock. If you’re a fan of Florida springs, this place is for you!

What a beautiful location. Right on the Gulf views are exceptional. Apartment was as advertised very nice clean and functional. King bed was a bonus and comfortable .Stormie was a great host and real quick to respond to our inquiries. More importantly the people who work there and the guests who stay there are friendly and very enjoyable to be around Thanks again Stormie Mike and Connie Luciantonio

Kristen's place was exactly as pictured. She was responsive in messages and made sure we had everything we needed. Her place was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit older with some wear and tear, but Kristen's place is modern and feels like home inside. Very convenient to grocery stores and major roads.

We were there for my god-daughter's graduation in Tampa, and it was a great space for my family of four. It was clean and like the pictures. We followed the instructions and were able to access the lodging without issue. While we didn't cook, there was everything needed to do so. My husband ran, and I had a great walk in the neighborhood.

The condo was a beutiful place to stay while I visited with my children who live in Wesley Chapel. One comment or improvment I would make is to have a box fan available for the guests. You are not allowed to run the air conditioning below 70 degrees Farenheit, so it gets very stuffy and a little warm in the condo. A box fan would have helped solve that problem. Otherwise, the place was comfortable and clear with plenty of room.

This place is an absolute gem! We’ve stayed here several times, and it never disappoints. The waterfront views are stunning, the space is always spotless and well stocked with the essentials, and Robyn is consistently welcoming and attentive. It truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful stay!

This home was was such a find! It sits on a point that is surrounded by seven sisters springs. The house was nostalgic and relaxing, we all felt like we were at the family cabin. It was in a very privet setting but close driving distance to good restaurants(the freezer:) and amenities. We will definitely be back, Thank you Jere and Darlene for making us feel at home.

This place is better than the pictures! The place was super clean. It looked like the inside had been newly renovated and it was beautiful. It was bigger than we thought. Having the kayaks was a big plus! We met a few neighbors while kayaking and they were super nice which added to our overall experience. The bed upstairs (the only one we used) was super comfy as were the pillows. We were in the area for my niece’s high school graduation and plan to stay here again for any future visits! Highly recommend this place. Also, Jennifer was an amazing host and was always quick to respond. We did not need much from her as everything was self explanatory thanks to the thoughtful notes! The house was beautiful and the backyard was absolutely amazing! Everything was super clean and literally had anything and everything you to need to make your stay perfect. The private boat ramp was a huge bonus and there was plenty of space to dock our 20 ft boat. The springs are super close as well as all the yummy places to eat if you don't feel like cooking. Will definitely be booking this amazing home again :)

We had a group of younger teenagers that we took on a family trip. There was so much for them to do just at the house. They loved fishing, playing corn hole, swimming, ping pong, kayaking, and much more. The large outdoor screened in patio was amazing. Just from the house we saw an alligator and a large alligator snapping turtle. The house had everything we could of needed. I would definitely recommend this for a place to stay. The owner is very helpful and responsive.

One word, paradise! We absolutely loved staying here. Being able to use the kayaks right off the dock made this a perfect place to really experience the river. We will definitely be back in the future.

A beautiful old school Florida waterfront retreat. We did a fishing trip with a boat and it was perfect for us. Be aware that what they call the loft is really a common area that the other bedrooms connect with and that you have to go through to get to them. It's not a separate living space---it's really just beds in a family room. Fine for our purposes.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—there wasn’t a single thing we found ourselves missing. The kids had an absolute blast kayaking and swimming in the swimming hole—it was a highlight of the trip! The downstairs area was perfect for the whole family to relax, hang out, and enjoy some quality time together. Such a cozy, welcoming spot—we’d definitely love to come back!

have you stayed on upper floors before I really noticed the advantages of being on this first floor unit above the garage as you still get the spectacular views but it feels like you have a humongous patio backyard as you can walk right out onto the common area down to the body of water that connects to the ocean. Also a lot less walking very conveniently located unit super comfortable living room furniture. Loved it we will try to book again in the future.

We had an incredible stay during scallop season. The location was perfect. Just a short ride to the gulf. The house was clean spacious and had all the amenities we needed for comfortable stay. Can’t wait to come back next scallops season! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

Loved our Gulf Island stay. Beautiful Pool, comfy King size bed and a wonderful private balcony overlooking the Gulf! Even though the kitchen is a little dated, it is clean & functional. We would definitely book again. Thanks!

This was the first time I stayed at Geri's place and it was wonderful. Even though I was staying in a condo, the entire complex was very quiet and peaceful. Geri was very responsive and I will definitely consider staying here again when I am back in the area.

What a great condo to make home for 2 weeks. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Well stocked kitchen including spices so we were able to make dinner when we didn’t feel like going out. The bed and furniture were comfortable. We really appreciated that there were screens on both sliding glass doors so we could enjoy the breeze and not have to have A/C on. The development is really nice and well maintained. The salt water pool was perfect. Everyone was friendly. They had a pancake breakfast in the clubhouse when we were there and we were made to feel welcomed. Saw dolphin and manatee in the lagoon. Great restaurants in the area, Sam’s, Inn on the Gulf and Ollie’s. Would definitely go back to this unit!

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Pretty scenery from 1st floor. The amenities of the pool, and game room were family friendly. private beach , nature walk were a delight. Will definitely be back.
