We were here for a wedding, it was very convenient for our families. Great house and location for us . We spent the day at the Keys

We enjoyed our stay at Tatiana’s house! The location was perfect for us, shopping, dining and grocery stores were just minutes away. The washer and dryer were easy to use and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking… we will definitely stay there again when we visit our family in Cutler Bay!

Guillermo's place was really nice!! Kinda fancy!! The bed in the master suite is on an adjustable base, which was a super pleasant surprise, as thats how mine is at home. Also, the master shower had a shower bar which meant BODY JETS!! Very awesome stay.

This place is honestly one of the most well thought out houses I have ever stayed in. If your ever in the area and need a nice place to stay, don’t pass this one up

Clean, very grateful for the bathroom supplies. Bed was comfy, the black out curtains were AMAZING! I need to inquire where to get us one of those. I did have to toss some take out orders cuz i realized we didnt have a microwave, so maybe putting a small microwave in there would be nice for future stays. Never used a rice cooker before either. Still a 5/5 stay.

Central location for the activities we wanted to do: visit the Keys, Miami, and Everglades. some good restaurants nearby our favorite was the Brazilian Steak House. The back yard with pool. tub and BBQ was out favorite part of the house for our three teenagers

We stayed at Ishmael's place for over a week. It is a neat, clean and spacious home. The neighborhood felt nice and safe. We enjoyed our stay and thankful to Ishmael.

Marvin’s Airbnb was fantastic! The space was spotless and exactly as described. He was incredibly responsive and quick to reply whenever we had a question. All the listed amenities were available and in great condition. I had absolutely no issues during my stay and would definitely love to come back in the future.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a relaxing visit. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay—while a bit outdated in places, it was clean and functional, and the price reflects that well. Overall, great value and a pleasant experience!

This was a great place to stay 5 minute walk from beach and in walking distance of everything you need. A very quite place to stay

Communication with Host was easy and fast, he was very responsive all the time. You had everything you needed, small fridge, microwave, electric stove, Keurig Coffee maker, tea, sugar, creamers, bathroom, TV, Wi-fi, parking spot, shampoo and conditioner. I mean everything. Only downside is that they didn’t have chamomile tea. haha, JK! For real, they had everything you needed and they welcomed us with a sprite, coke, water and crackers. Everything was clean and organized and we slept like a baby. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Thank you again Francisco. We will definitely be going back.

Marilyn & Mocha are an absolute pleasure! This was an amazing stay, the atmosphere is breathtaking. The place has everything you need and more. You don’t even want to be inside because it’s so gorgeous out on the patio!!! Marilyn was extremely kind, and helpful. Mocha and Marilyn were a joy to be around. Had an amazing stay at Rafael’s. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. It was close to a lot of the things we wanted to do, quiet neighborhood and it was easy to walk my dog.

I stayed at John’s place for over a week and had absolutely no issues. John was an incredible host and readily available whenever I needed him. Very kind!!! The place was very clean, you could smell the cleanliness when you walked in. And the neighbors were very kind as well. Also super close to the beach, airport and tons of restaurants. Check in was clear and I was able to arrive late at night no issues. Place looks identical to pictures. I would definitely recommend this place!

Wow! What a fabulous apartment! We had the most amazing stay to celebrate my birthday! This apartment had everything we needed, a home from home! Immaculate throughout and in such a central location with AMAZING views!! These hosts were fantastic! Thank you so much! If you’re looking to stay in Miami, this is the one to book!

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and easy to navigate. The building was high end with plenty of amenities including a restaurant, spa, fitness center and rooftop jacuzzi/salt water pool overlooking the bay full of sailboats. The cute shops on Main Street were full of life, very walkable. Coconut Grove has a lot to offer we will visit this eclectic oasis again. It was a unique and fun trip.

Place was clean and walkable to many restaurants/stores in downtown Miami. Host was very responsive and friendly.

My 2 daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Alican Penthouse. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the essentials. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. It was a peaceful escape with restaurants, spas, gyms, hot and cold pools on site but still just a 10-minute drive from the restaurants , beaches, clubs, shops and malls. Looking forward to another visit.
