Combined living-sleeping area with couch, comfortable box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and bathroom with floor-level shower. Fully equipped kitchen-living room, west balcony. The apartment is located in a very quiet location on the 2nd floor of a vacation home complex (3 floors), about 600 meters from the beach and lake shore.

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The Mediterranean garden with fireplace can also be used. As well as sports equipment such as SUP and others. Even a motorboat can be used for a fee. Are you looking for the tranquility and idyll of Lake Constance and appreciate the many activities around the lake? Then you have come to the right place! That sounds like a dream! A completely newly renovated apartment with a private terrace and garden is really special. The separate entrance provides privacy and the parking in the courtyard is extremely convenient.
