Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker Metzger und Supermarkt sind ebenso fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer befinden sich im 1. Stock. Der erste Raum ist die vollausgestattete Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine und TV und Zugang zum Balkon. Das zweite und dritte Zimmer sind jeweils Doppelzimmer mit Dusche und WC. Es ist keine abgeschlossene Wohnung aber alle Zimmer sind einzeln absperrbar.

Weil es in einer Wohnsiedlung liegt, ist es sehr ruhig ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Zur nächsten Autobahnauffahrt (München-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) sind es nur ca. 4km. Von hier kann man gleich Loswandern und Biken. Der Radweg ist 1 Minute entfernt, das Schwimmbad 5 min zu Fuß

Hallo liebe Reisende, wir wohnen hier mitten im Wald, der See liegt ein paar Meter vor der Haustür und das im Herzen Bayerns ! Wir wohnen schlicht aber schön und genießen jeden Tag das Gefühl, an einem ganz besonderen Ort leben zu dürfen. Ein Auto/Fahrrad ist hier jedoch von Vorteil, da wir nicht ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz abgebunden sind, nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2km entfernt.

Die ehemalige Schreinerei meines Vaters haben wir in zwei Wohnungen umgebaut. Eine davon ist für Euch reserviert. In diesen besonderen Zeiten achten wir noch intensiver auf die Reinigung, Desinfizierung und Belüftung der Wohnung. Zwischen den einzelnen Buchungen ( An- und Abreise) wird ein Tag Pause eingelegt, um für die Maßnahmen genügend Zeit zu haben.
