Our charming 1-room apartment is perfect for commuters, self-employed/service providers, travelers or people who want to switch off for a few days. There is a sofa bed for up to 2 people as well as the possibility to add a mattress for a 3rd person (child). The apartment is 5 minutes from the A81. Large companies in the BB area, e.g. Daimler, IBM, Philips, Bosch, etc. can be reached in less than 20 minutes. Stgt city center is 30 minutes away (during rush hour up to 50 minutes).

The apartment is very quiet and yet you can reach all important places very quickly from the property. -Naturpark Schönbuch (within walking distance) -Schönbuchturm and Naturfreundehaus -Autobahn direction Böblingen/Sindelfingen and Stuttgart -Autobahn direction Singen (Lake Constance) -Schwarzwald In the village, there is a nice outdoor swimming pool with a swimming pool, baby pool and diving tower. There is also a gas station, a supermarket, a pizzaria and a hairdresser.

On your doorstep are Tübingen and the Schönbuch with wonderful opportunities to enjoy the city as well as nature. Stuttgart with the Daimler and Porsche Museum, Messe + Airport, Sindelfingen with Sensapolis are within easy reach.
