Vacation rentals with a patio in Holte

Copenhagen is a very cool city, and Ricki’s garden apartment is a very cool place to stay in that city. The apartment is airy and spacious and a perfect size for two people. A well-appointed kitchen is the highlight, but there’s a peaceful courtyard, and also a table and chairs in the front yard too! From the front door into a very quiet residential street, then only a few steps around the corner for a choice of bakeries in the morning. From there you can grab a bike to explore the city, or a short walk to both Metro and train stations.

Birger is such a friendly and thorough host. His place was so comfortable, and Copenhagen Central Station along with Tivoli Gardens are close by. We ate lunch in the pretty garden that is just for neighbors, and it was a peaceful, pretty spot after a busy morning.

Bettina is a very helpful, friendly and great host. It was a pleasure for me to stay in her place in my first days in Sweden. She is always responsive and willing to help if I had a problem. Highly recommended host in Helsingborg. I want to thank you Bettina for your support and friendly approach :)

Oliver ist ein guter Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar und hat sehr zeitnah geantwortet. Der einzige Punkt ist, dass man nicht zu zweit etwas länger duschen kann, da es einen Warmwasserspeicher gibt. Wir haben für 4 Nächte 600 Euro gezahlt und das fanden wir für die Lage auch etwas zu viel. Ansonsten kann schlechtes zur Wohnung und Oliver äußern. Danke

Rikke’s place was a wonderful home base for our stay in Copenhagen. The whole unit was lovely - kitchen had everything we needed, beautiful dining room, cozy bedroom (very comfortable bed), and amazing little upstairs nook. The location was perfect being situated in a really cute neighborhood that is close enough to walk to lots of cool restaurants and bars. Have to walk down a few flights of stairs to shower on the basement level. We didn’t try the shower in the unit (we were told water pressure isn’t great). But we didn’t mind it that much. Would easily recommend Rikke’s place and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city, close to a major Metro station and walkable to major sights; and a stone’s throw from a supermarket made it convenient too. Spacious interior and stylishly decorated, with everything you’d need. Only thing is the bar downstairs can get rowdy at night.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist super schön, bestens gelegen und absolut ruhig. Ken war wirklich ein super Host. Ich würde 6 Sterne geben, wenn es ginge. Vielen Dank Ken!

Very nice stay at two story house and small garden in quiet neighbourhood for three persons. The house was cosy and had a homely feel. We felt very lucky we could stay here during our training. WiFi in the whole house. Just few minutes walk from DSB station (Line B and E). Around the corner fresh bread, pastries and coffee at Farumhus (opens at 6.00am). Good stocked REMA at walking distance for groceries. In small shopping mall also on walking distance there is a Svend Michelsen chocolat butik: high quality fairtrade artisinal chocolat bars and more. Try the dark seasalt. YUM. For those who do not want to ook. We saw a sushi and an Indian takeaway on the way to the REMA. 😉

Jette is a great host and very helpful with good communication at every stage. The house is very well kept providing a comfortable stay. Located a short wallking distance form local shops and restaurants providing everything you need. The location is perfect in a quiet colder-sack, with no passing traffic. Also a great location to reach the city and surrounding areas. Would highly recommend, A*

Helt underbart ställe! Ljuvlig miljö, både inne och ute. Charmigt på alla sätt! Allt var toppen och vi kommer tillbaka! Tack!

ich war einen Monat lang bei Ditte und Lars zu Besuch und habe mich vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man im Alltag braucht. Ditte und Lars sind sehr rücksichtsvoll und hilfsbereit. ich habe immer gerne mit ihnen geplaudert wenn wir uns gesehen haben und sie haben mir gute Tipps für Kopenhagen gegeben. das Haus ist ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn Station und vom nächsten Supermarkt entfernt und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnstraße. mit der S-Bahn braucht man ca 30 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier wohnen, definitiv eins der besten airbnbs, in denen ich war :)

From the moment you approach in the perfectly manicured private yard, with the roses and lavender swaying in the breeze and all of the birds chirping in the trees, you feel the calm of this place. Inside, the interiors are filled with summer light and are decorated in the perfect Danish riviera colors; dusky light blue, gray, creamy white, and with cozy cream and beige linens. There are charming touches everywhere in the decor. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are gorgeous and spacious. The kitchen is full of light and has big paned windows looking out over the yard. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. There were toys and a comfy bunk for my granddaughter. It was a very special home in a very special place. We loved it so much.

Betina’s place was exactly as described, in very clean condition, and very spacious. I especially loved the size of the double bed. It also contained all the amenities we required—the two induction cookers were very useful. She was also very responsive to our queries and accommodating to our requests. The location itself is great, just a stone’s throw away from the train station. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Vi havde to overnatninger i sommerhuset og nød det i fulde drag! Selve huset er rigtig fint og det ligger på toppen af en lille bakke, så udsigten over vandet og naturen bliver ekstra flot. Vi nød den korte tur ned til vandet, vi gik til Lynæs og oplevede det smukke landskab på vejen og fiskede på molen og spiste is i Lynæs Havn. Det var rigtig hyggeligt og en virkelig fin havn. Vi var også i Hundested og på “Sandfestival” og spise is på “Issalonen” - begge dele kan bestemt anbefales. Mange tak for lån af jere dejlige sommerhus. Vi kommer meget gerne igen en anden gang.

En fantastisk liten pärla vid Öresund där vågskvallpet & havsutsikten ständigt höll oss sällskap. Hade alla bekvämligheter vi behövde för vår vistelse som familj om 4 pers. Riktigt goa kvalitetslakan att bädda rent med vid ankomst & lyxen med städning som ingår. Ganska så lyhört mellan ovan- och nedervåning och mellan sovrum och vi saknad som vuxna en "riktig säng". Men visste vad som väntade och förstår tanken med flexibeliteten en bäddsoffa istället erbjuder. Vänlig & snabb kommunikation med Wictor genom hela processen som t.o.m handen tagit sig tiden att skriva ett kort med grattishälsning till familjens födelsedagsbarn som låg och väntade vid ankomst. Tack! 😊 Krypavstånd till hamnkrogen och bara några minuters promenad upp för slänten så har du fantastiskt vackra MarryHill och dess utbud som väntar. Värden har satt ihop en kanonbra pärm med all bra info kring boendet och området runt omkring. Rekommenderar verkligen en avkopplande vistelse här, skulle gärna komma tillbaka!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour! Nous n'avons pas rencontré Rezkar mais le contact par message a été très sympathique et facile. Le logement est parfait pour une famille de 4. Il est confortable et agréable. Les enfants ont apprécié la chambre, l'accès aux jouets et la plaine de jeux dans le jardin partagé. La gare est rapidement et facilement accessible à pieds. Il y a des trains très régulièrement et en 15 minutes, on est dans le centre ville (gratuit si vous prenez la Copenhagen card). Il y a également des commerces juste à côté. Tout était parfait!

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful apartment. The location is off the charts….right in the middle of Nyhavn. The views from the apartment over the canal are picture perfect. We were able to walk to most of the cities attractions and lovely cafes and restaurants were right outside the front door. The apartment itself is comfortable, spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped and there was even a washer available. Communication with the host was excellent and timely….accessing the unit was a breeze. Copenhagen is now one of our favorite cities and we would definitely stay here again upon returning.

Gerçekten bu kadar rahat edebileceğimiz bir yer beklemiyorduk. Herşey, her ayrıntı düşünülmüş. Çok zevkli dekore edilmiş. Müthiş bir evde konakladık. Buralara tekrar gelirsek aynı evde kalmayı çok isteriz. Herşey için çok teşekkürler 🙏

Wir haben für vier Nächte Charlottes schöne Wohnung gebucht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines wunderschönen Altbauhauses (ohne Fahrstuhl). Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, eine offene Küche, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Boxspringbett. Wohn- und Esszimmer sind durch eine schöne Flügeltür miteinander verbunden. Die Wohnung hat einen fantastischen Blick auf die Ostsee! Die Fotos stimmen mit der Ausstattung überein. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Man ist schnell bei der Metro und der Straßenbahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, aber dennoch zentral in einem sehr gepflegten Viertel. Das Haus ist hellhörig. Parken ist in der Straße möglich, aber kostenpflichtig (über eine Parking-App unkompliziert zu zahlen). Charlotte ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben.

Good location reasonably close to bus stop & train station. There’s little natural light because it’s located in a basement but that_does protect the property from becoming too hot in the summer heat. A microwave oven & similar sized table top conventional oven together with a 2 ring table top hob provided us with adequate cooking facilities during our stay - a supermarket is 5min walk away. We both enjoyed our stay here & will book it again (if available) on our next visit to Copenhagen John & Melanie

Il nostro soggiorno a Jonstrup è stato molto rilassante, perfetto per chi desidera stare in una zona tranquilla e anche godersi la bellissima natura circostante, tra laghi e foreste. Pia e Jens sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni evenienza durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. La casa è piccola ma non le manca niente, in particolare la cucina è molto grande ed attrezzata. Esperienza molto bella e piacevole, da consigliare!

Steffen ist wohlverdienter Superhost. Er hat sich um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert, hatte gute Tips für Ausflüge und pflegt die Wohnung sehr gut. Besonders erwähnenswert; alles Wesentliche steht zur Verfügung (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, etc), so dass man eigentlich wie in einen Hotelurlaub fährt. Die restliche Ausstattung ist hoch qualitativ, Kaffeeautomat, Induktionsherd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine sind tadellos. Steffen hat sehr schnell geantwortet und sich sehr gekümmert, ein echt lieber Kerl dem seine Aktivität auf Airbnb sichtlich Spaß macht. Zu guter Letzt, in der Nähe (5 min zu Fuß) ist ein Lidl und die Station der Linie B, mit der man in 20 min downtown im Metrobereich ist. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man bei gemütlicher Fahrt rund 30 min. In der anderen Richtung kommt an in 1km an einen netten See, perfekt zum Laufen oder Schlendern. Das neue Projekt "Sommerhaus" wird bestimmt ein ebenso guter Geheimtip.
