New apartment from 2020 with all the amenities. Central, and at the same time rural! 2 minutes to E 18 by car, about 35 mins to Oslo and 15 mins to Drammen. forest a stone's throw away. Large football field with its own new rollerblading around just outside the door. Good sun conditions at the porch. 4 bedrooms, large living room with open kitchen solution, loft living room with their own TV where the children can retreat. Spacious bathroom with heating cables, as well as washing machine and dryer. 2 parking spaces included the apartment. Wireless wifi.

Here you live in a large and bright attic room of 58 sqm – with panoramic views of the Oslo fjord from the French balcony. The bed is facing the view, so you can wake up and watch the sunrise while lying in bed -and fall asleep to starry sky and sea smell – almost like sleeping under the open sky. Tempur bed, mini kitchen, and foot massage machine. 2 min to beach and marina, 5 min to the city center with restaurants and sea sauna. Bathroom shared with host on floor below. Perfect for tranquility, nature and inspiration – but close to the city.

The outdoor area consists of 100m2 terrace, with BBQ area/fireplace covered. Large garden with many fruit trees. Here is the sun from morning to evening. In this place you can stay near everything, the location is central in the center of Holmestrand with restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. It is 6 minutes to walk to the platform where the train leaves every hour Skien - Lillehammer. 58 minutes to Oslo S. The apartment is almost new, I have lived here for a little over a year. Good ventilation system, heating in the floor in the bathroom, everything you need for 2 people and it is fine to use the living room as an extra bedroom.

Rural idyll by the water, 1 hour from Oslo

We felt totally at home in the house. It is beautiful. The location by the lake is fantastic. It is very quiet. For the children, the trampoline, the kayaks and the SUP board were great. Everything we needed was available in the house. A highlight was the barbecue with a pizza stone and the private beach. The surrounding area is unique with great hiking opportunities. Ida was a perfect hostess. Always available and very friendly. We would be happy to come back again.

A wonderful host and a large and spacious house with all facilities. Friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We are very happy. 5 out of 5 stars!

Modern and cozy house, with all the comforts. Bedrooms, downstairs shower and living room on first floor giving you a great deal of privacy. Two spacious balconies where it is wonderful to sit. Communication with Camilla was very easy and fast. The city center is within walking distance but you have to be able to walk well due to the difference in height. We had a great stay!

Although we had to rebook spontaneously and didn't get in touch until late at night, Magnus was immediately available and immediately drove to the house to prepare it for us. The interior of the house is very nice but not too cluttered. It was all there, what you need. In addition to the terrace, there is also a small garden where you can enjoy the sun. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Great house, friendly host and beautiful scenery about an hour from Oslo. House has an own open garden and from the lower terrace it's only few meters to the water. SUPs, smaller pool table and a little boat were all available. Verket-Svelvik Ferry is about 800m distance and a supermarket 4.5km. A very pleasant stay!

Had a weekend course with a dog in Moss and therefore booked one night in Hans-Martin's apartment. The stay was up to expectations and then some, and his home is lovely and clean. Should have another class in the future and would love to come back here 😊 Highly recommended 💯
