With 130 m², there is enough space in a 3-room apartment and it offers a pleasant atmosphere with a fireplace. You can explore castles via hiking trails or by boat trips in the Middle Rhine Valley, which is known for the UNESCO World Heritage. All shops, supermarkets (REWE, Lidl), restaurants as well as tourist attractions and boat docks are easily reached on foot.

In front of the private front door there is a parking space. The well-furnished kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. In the bathroom, there is a shower and toilet. Towels and linens are included.

Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.
