Forget the worries, enjoy long lovely days in this lovely cottage by beautiful Tyrifjorden. Here you are vacationing both rural and central at the same time. Oslo is 40 min away, the fjord is on the plot, golf course 5 min away and not to mention Krokskogen with beautiful ski slopes, hiking and bike trails! The cabin is newly rehabilitated and is a great custom to come back to after active days out. No running water! Drinking water comes in buckets (arranged by host), water for washing is in the faucet on the porch. Combustion toilet.

Enjoy the silence and each other's company on this secluded gem. High above Sundvollen and overlooking Steinsfjorden you can warm up in the hot tub. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Here you find a big and comfortable tent with double bed, sitting outside with fire pit, wood fired hot tub and toilet facilities in your own building. There is electricity, drinking water, kettle and hob for simple cooking. The fire pit outside is a good fit for barbecue. The tent is equipped with simple kitchenware.

The cabin has 2 bedrooms (double bed and bunk bed). The kitchen is equipped but coffee maker, stove, oven, micro and keel-freeze combi. Rental of SUP and kanu for an additional fee. Here you are surrounded by fields on all sides, but still have a bus stop 10 meters from the apartment, 10 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store and 12 minutes to Hønefoss town which is especially known due to its large waterfall and the city's bustling cultural life. 1 km from the apartment you will find Topcamp Onsakervika which offers sandy beaches and various activities.

Log Cabin with exceptional views 30 mins from Oslo

The Cabin is at the top of the hill so you will experience amazing views and extraordinary sunsets. View over Tyrifjorden. It has steep edges around the hut so small children will need to be supervised. The Cabin was built in the 1940's. The livingroom boasts enormous windows so the view is equally breathtaking both indoors and outdoors. 4x4 is recommended but you can also walk up the steep road roughly 15/20 minutes.
