Extremely comfortable seating furniture, stereo system, cable radio and TV, fireplace in addition to central heating. Approximately 10 minutes' walk to Ostbahnhof, approximately 15 minutes to the pedestrian zone, approximately 5 minutes to the local recreation area. Lockable bicycle shed.

We are ideally located between Hanover and Hildesheim right on the edge of the field. The fair is only about 15 minutes away by car. Hildesheim with its World Heritage Site is also 15 minutes away. Hikers, cyclists and dog owners can start at the door. Nearby are a supermarket, bakery and restaurants. The independent apartment is quiet, cozy and stylish. Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Die City Hildesheims ist zu Fuß in 8 Min. erreichbar, der Hauptbahnhof in 5 Min. Zur Hannover Messe gelangt man so in ca. 30 Min. Die Autobahn ist ebenfalls nur 5 Min entfernt. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sodass man nicht von Autolärm oder ähnlichem gestört wird. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Schlafcouch für zwei Personen. Beide Zimmer verfügen über Deckenleuchten mit integrierten Ventilatoren, um im Sommer eine frische Brise zu ermöglichen.

A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.
