In the surrounding area there is a boat rental, panoramic tower and a large leisure facility with mini golf, skating area.

The apartment on the first floor is located on a hill near Rosbach, quietly at the end of the settlement. Walking paths in the picturesque surroundings are 5 minutes away and in the lovingly maintained garden a terrace space with a view is reserved for guests. The access to the garden starts from the car parking space. We live on the ground floor of the house and we look forward to a meeting or a friendly greeting in the garden. We're hosting again because we've had great experiences with travel ourselves.

You only hear nature here. Nevertheless, it is not far to the city center of Lüdinghausen at 1 km. Bäcker, Lidl and McDonald's are 400 meters away. Bicycles for a short trip to the city can be borrowed from us free of charge. Exciting excursion destinations are just a stone's throw away.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Haus am Wilde Aar can accommodate up to 16 people. This vacation home is part of a half-timbered farmhouse from 1880 that was completely renovated and modernized in 2015. The vacation home has a large garden directly on the stream and is very suitable for families and friends with children. You can enjoy the tranquility and beautiful surroundings during your stay. Thanks to the spacious layout of the house, you can enjoy plenty of privacy and relax together.

INGE is new 2024! Inge is a modern holiday home in the Sauerland in the resort of Willingen (Upland). The house is built in a special construction on steel chimneys on a steep slope and offers a great view of the place and the surroundings. As a special highlight, Inge offers its guests a heated container pool (April till October). In the meantime, in addition to the fireplace, the small barrel sauna also ensures cozy hours for two.

The flat, which was modernised in January 2024, is very cosy and impresses with its unique panoramic view. Some of the furniture was made by a local carpenter. 4 adults can live here very comfortably. Winterberg town centre is only a 5-minute drive away and you can walk to the ski area. After a day on the hiking trails or the ski slopes, you can relax on the balcony, in the high-quality indoor pool or watch a film on Netflix.
