Around our quiet village of St. Sebastian (Carinthia), many routes and paths invite you to hike to the neighboring Magdalensberg or Christofberg. Hochosterwitz Castle is easily accessible on foot or by bike. By car, you can reach the district capital St. Veit an der Glan in just 10 minutes or the state capital Klagenfurt in 20 minutes.

In my house, where people who live here and guests meet, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.
