Completely immersed in nature, Forest Nest A-Frame is one of those places that make you forget the noise of the world and rediscover the pleasure of simple and authentic things. Every detail is taken care of with love and attention, with a deep sensitivity towards the environment and sustainability. It is clear that those who created it did so with their hearts, thinking of those who love the earth, the silence of the forest, natural materials, and a more conscious lifestyle. Everything is harmonious, welcoming, respectful... from the architecture to the way you experience the space. I loved staying there. Beautiful experience. I was at Fabijan's house with my wife and my dog. We were greeted by his father who showed us the beautiful house and provided us with all the necessary information. We spent a week in this beautiful place from which you can easily reach Ljubljana, Postojna, Bled, etc. by car. Fabijan's dad and mom are extremely kind people, they suggested Places to visit and one evening we even went for a beer together in a small town not far from their home. Really recommended for those looking for tranquility and comfort when you return in the evening from daily excursions to visit the beautiful and numerous attractions that Slovenia is full of.

The best place we have stayed! Jurij provides everything you could possible need and is super attentive and helpful. The property is a newly renovated farmhouse (2024) and it is stunning inside and out. It even had a stream at the edge of the land with lots of trout - a fisherman's paradise! We are Superhosts ourselves, so have high standards, but this far exceeded our expectations. We had the double room ensuite. Both rooms were enormous, beautifully furnished and well thought out with lots of little extras - and a great hairdryer. We even had a shared fridge-freezer on the landing and Jurij did our laundry for us whilst we were out enjoying ourselves. The breakfast was amazing - so much choice, fresh and delicious - eaten in beautiful surroundings. The location was perfect for exploring the area and if you buy a Julian Alpes card at the Tourist Information in Bohinji, you can save lots of money on parking and attractions. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!!!!!!!!

The house is located in a fantastic place, about 1300 meters above sea level, secluded and far from civilization. It's the perfect spot to escape the noise of the city and spend some quiet time alone in nature. The absolutely stunning mountain view is complemented by a starry sky on clear nights. Any practical pros or cons of the house fade into the background compared to the opportunity to stay in such an incredible place. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days surrounded by enchanting nature. Also, Slovenia is incredibly rich in interesting places I hadn’t known about before this trip - I was very pleasantly surprised. The host, Tanja, gave us great recommendations on what to visit, and we’re very grateful for that - it was truly beautiful and unforgettable.

The cabin was perfect for a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks to Rozi’s clear and detailed directions, the cabin was easy to find. The inside was clean and had all the amenities needed to be comfortable. We would definitely stay here again to enjoy the peacefulness of the forest. For those of you interested in staying here, be advised that the climb to the cabin is rather steep and not meant for wheeled luggage. Thank you again Rozi!
