In our comfortable apartment suitable for 4 there's everything you could wish for to make your holidays perfect, bathing in the lake just 5 minutes on foot, hiking in the woods, nearby skiing in the famous Alps or culture trips to famous cities such as Bâle, Berne, Zurich or Lucerne. Nestled in a small swiss village 15 mins drive by car from Lucerne and Mount Rigi, this self-contained apartment connected to our family house is a perfect place to base yourself when exploring Central Switzerland. As well as the bedroom, dining area, fully functioning kitchen and walk-in shower, you also have your own outdoor lounge area, ultra-fast fiber internet, TV box, Nespresso machine .....and if you like fresh eggs for breakfast from one of our 8 hens!

Charming, sustainable pavilion with great views of the countryside, waterless toilet and outdoor solar shower (only warm water in sunshine). The accommodation is surrounded by the beautiful garden and next to it the cows graze and in the pond the frogs croak - pure nature! For travelers who like it simple & uncomplicated. We are a young family with three boys & are looking forward to your visit.

Beautiful room with separate kitchen and seating area. Wonderful views of the lake, mountains and countryside. Free parking and good train connection (5 min away). Lake Hallwil and the lakeside resort are a 5-minute walk. If anyone wants, we have stand-up paddle boards for rent. You have the kitchen, room and bathroom to yourself and we live on the upper floor of the house.

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
