Perfect place to spend the week with the family. Lots to do within a short drive. Felt like home and had everything we needed and more! Great that there was a washer and dryer.

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot or by bus (ski area, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauern thermal baths, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family

The place was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The furnishings were great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We traveled a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

We felt very comfortable at the place. The layout of the rooms including the many bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen had top equipment and nothing was really missing. The tables in the dining room and on the terrace are generously large, so you could spread out well. We felt very comfortable in the AirBnB at all times.

The stay was just great! We immediately felt at home in the family atmosphere! The apartment was perfect for our needs. But the service and openness of the hosts was outstanding. There is also a large garden with chickens! 🐓

Dear Theresia, Thank you for this great stay we had with you in the apartment. We were very warmly welcomed and my three boys were so happy that they were allowed to romp on your property, be loud, thanks to the location and simply be children. It was a highlight when we came home after a long day of skiing and then we turned on the beautiful stove, which quickly warmed us all. The apartment was just to feel good, just like in the pictures and even more beautiful in real life. The kitchen was super equipped, you had everything you needed. Everything was very clean !!! Your hospitality and helpfulness was really heartwarming, something you don't find so often today. I can definitely recommend your place and we will definitely be back again. Thanks a lot !

The place and yard was amazing and they were very generous and accommodating.

Easy place to stay, plug and go with simple directions and walkable to anything. We took the train in to town and it was a 7 min walk to the mountain.

Absolute recommendation! The area of Maria's place is like paradise. The view, the tranquility, simply fabulous. The place is really nice and there was nothing we missed. Maria's hospitality is particularly noteworthy. She made us feel at home. At any time, she gave personal tips on hikes and local events. One could list much more here, but unfortunately the characters are not enough. The fresh hay milk and eggs directly from their own cow and chickens were also special. It was really wonderful! Thank you! ☺️

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly welcomed, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We greatly enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful views of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with very tasty pastries. And a very tasty Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. In the area you can take beautiful walks and excursions. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. We rented this apartment for 2 weeks and no regrets at all! The apartment was clean, cozy, well heated and so clean. There is everything you might need for a living and if you need anything else the host and her wonderful mother (who lives in this house) are always in touch and are ready to help. Also the view from the apartment is spectacular. Highly recommend this apartment and we will be happy to come back again.

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the champagne to welcome and the sweets were very sweet. We would really have liked to have stayed longer - if we are drawn to Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

Tanja is an amazing host, she provided clear instructions to the apartment and check-in. When we requested she provided excellent recommendations for scenic car drives. She was very responsive. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean. Very good views in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay at Natalie's place. Very serene and peaceful surroundings, away from the hustle of the town but super convenient to get to the centre and hbf in less than 15 mins by bus. Bus stop is hardly 60m away and with the mobility ticket we travelled everywhere within Salzbutg free on public transport. The balcony was the best place in the house and I loved to sip my morning tea there, welcomed by the chirping of birds. Loads of wardrobe space and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Salzburg. thank you Natalie for the beautiful experience.

The place was perfect for us – both our dog and our toddler felt completely comfortable. Everything was super clean, comfortably furnished and with a lot of love for detail. We felt very comfortable with Jasmin from the first moment and would be happy to come back. Thank you for the great time! ☺️
