Perfect place to spend the week with the family. Lots to do within a short drive. Felt like home and had everything we needed and more! Great that there was a washer and dryer.

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

We had a lovely time staying here and exploring Salzburg! It was really easy to find the place and get inside - Ray's instructions were very clear and helpful! It's really easy to get to the city centre and the central train station which meant exploring the city and it's surroundings was simple! Ray was very communicative and ready to answer any questions we had! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again next time we visit Salzburg!

We really enjoyed our stay! We were able to do walks, bike rides and visit restaurants straight from the house. Jannis was a great communicator and always helpful when we had questions.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

Dear Theresia, Thank you for this great stay we had with you in the apartment. We were very warmly welcomed and my three boys were so happy that they were allowed to romp on your property, be loud, thanks to the location and simply be children. It was a highlight when we came home after a long day of skiing and then we turned on the beautiful stove, which quickly warmed us all. The apartment was just to feel good, just like in the pictures and even more beautiful in real life. The kitchen was super equipped, you had everything you needed. Everything was very clean !!! Your hospitality and helpfulness was really heartwarming, something you don't find so often today. I can definitely recommend your place and we will definitely be back again. Thanks a lot !

The place and yard was amazing and they were very generous and accommodating.

Easy place to stay, plug and go with simple directions and walkable to anything. We took the train in to town and it was a 7 min walk to the mountain.

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly welcomed, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We greatly enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful views of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with very tasty pastries. And a very tasty Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. In the area you can take beautiful walks and excursions. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. Great place in a good location for easy access to slopes

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tanja s place,it was very clean and well kept,we had a beautiful view from balcony and Tanja n her mother were very very helpful and friendly we will surely come back again

We had a really relaxing vacation here. No stress, no other tourists far and wide. Just the accommodation, the animals and the fantastic view of the mountains. The accommodation is located at the end of a mountain road, after that there are only cows, it was wonderful. Johannes helped where he could and, for example, exchanged the old slatted frames from the bed the next day for brand new ones. The conversations (and the bargains😉) with Hans were always nice, a look into his workshop is recommended. A great vacation for children, our little one could romp, feed the rabbits and pigs and you did not always have to keep an eye on it due to the private location as in a big city. Thanks for the relaxing days 🙏

Jasmin’s place was cosy and well-suited for our stay. The living room and kitchen were spacious, with plenty of cutlery and dishes provided. The location was peaceful, which added to the relaxing atmosphere, and free parking nearby was very convenient. Jasmin was helpful and easy to reach throughout our stay. Her instructions were clear and informative, which made everything run smoothly. Final cleaning was handled by the host, and check-out was simple—just required washing the dishes and taking out the trash. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and we’d be happy to come back.

Very nice place to stay, extremely central but a little off the beaten track. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with an open fireplace. Kitchen perfectly furnished. Nothing to be desired. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Perfect!

Tanja is an amazing host, she provided clear instructions to the apartment and check-in. When we requested she provided excellent recommendations for scenic car drives. She was very responsive. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean. Very good views in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We were very lucky to spend a wonderful couple of days in this beautiful apartment in Bischofswiesen – and are absolutely thrilled! The apartment is furnished with so much love for detail that you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. Everything is very tastefully designed, high-quality and wonderfully cozy. We would like to highlight the warm hosts who welcomed us with great attention and genuine hospitality. They were always there to help and advise. The location of the accommodation is also ideal: quietly located, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and yet close to many beautiful excursion destinations in Berchtesgadener Land. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely be happy to come back. Thank you for this all-round successful vacation!

We had an wonderful time staying here. KT was peaceful and absolutely gorgeous scenery. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed traveling with a young toddler. The farm has horses and cows which our daughter loved. Would highly recommend.
